John did an amazing job with his crew. He took care of demolishing a significant amount of concrete for us, building a new block wall and ensuring everything was permitted. Like the other reviews stated, he communicates very well and is very much about the customers needs. We had quite a few requests and he accommodated them all with ease. His price was fair and was itemized to show what was being spent where which was a huge help to us when we were still shopping around for bids.

We decided to pull the permits ourselves, which initially we were met with a bureaucratic nightmare. We called John to let him know we weren't able to get the permit and he came to the permit office with me the next day and we walked out, permit in hand, within 30 minutes.

Highly recommend We Do It Custom for all your needs and he is definitely going on our list of recommended contractors for the future.

John has done an amazing job at my place over the last 4 years. Took my ideas and turned them into reality. Making sure all was done correct and to code. Adding his ideas into the mix when appropriate and always had my best interest to heart. You can literally tell him your idea and he can make it happen. My husband and I have been planning to have our backyard cemented for easy/low maintenance for many years and finally we decided to make it happen. I went on yelp to look for the top rated concrete contractor in my area (South Bay) and I found John and his company ""We Do It Custom"" for having 5 stars reviews and pictures to prove his work. I called John and he was able to come to my house to look at my backyard and provide an estimate the same day.

From the beginning, John had excellent communication, punctual, friendly, and professional. I received the estimate the following day. We decided to go with John for our project and I'm so happy we did! He was always so prompt to respond to my texts, patiently answered my questions, and his prices are reasonable/competitive.

John and his team worked really hard and were professional. At the end of each day they made sure the area was clean and ready for the next day's prep work. The whole project took 4 days as he mentioned in the contract and he was on point. Throughout the process he kept me informed about the plans, changes, and anything that came up. Great communication and customer service is so important to me and John delivered high quality work and honest. After the job was done, he made sure the area was clean and organized.

We are very pleased with the results and love our backyard! I'm so happy that we chose John for our project. We can finally use our backyard. Overall, John, Stephen, and his whole team at We Do It Custom are professional, hard workers, produced high quality work, and excellent communication/customer service!

Professional and kind. I've gone through several different contractors on several different jobs and I must say that John and his partner were fantastic.
The crew , was absolutely respectful on the job site. Wore their hardhats,vest and steal toe boots. Punctual, and just experts at their craft. There was a little mess during the project that was pointed out by a superintendent on the job site. But John fixed that issue once it was presented.

It was a complete pleasure working with John and his team and plan to contact them for future projects and would highly recommend them.

They just finished our concrete and did an excellent job. I had extensive concrete done recently by another contractor but these guys did a much better job. They matched the existing concrete perfectly with the right slopes and it came out perfect.
