I received their flyer in the mail for ""$65 one-time maintenance"". ""Call or visit us online to schedule your service!"" I sent an online request for service on two HVAC units. Six days later, I had not heard from them. I happened to be in the area for another appointment and stopped in their office. I told the guy behind the counter about my experience: he offered no apology or ask if they could set me up now. His only response to no one in particular was ""I really don't know why we have that (online scheduler) as an option."" I told him I would go back to my usual service provider. I guess they just don't Care enough!

My thermostat stopped working and my A/C unit hadn't been checked since 2019, so after some research I called ""We Care"". The woman I spoke with on the phone (Telissa?) was very nice and said someone would come out that day (they'd give me a call ahead of time so I could be home for the visit). Justin came out and took the time to investigate my t-stat issue without just going ahead and installing a new one and charging me for it. He also gave my unit a check-up (indoor and outdoor). All questions were answered politely and in a way I could understand. No high pressure, no trying to sell me something I didn't really need (which I greatly appreciated!). We Care is my new go-to for my HVAC support.

A/C was not working. I had used We Care back in January for a PMI and signed up for their VIP Plan and It was worth it! Needed A/C fixed today. They were here by noon and gone by 1: 30 with A/C working. Drew was absolutely incredible! Proficient in his skill and was able to talk me through my options. These guys are awesome!

I called today, my thermostat was not working and it was hot. I am a contract customer and have had a new heat pump put in a couple years ago. The customer service had been great until today. It was hot and we are getting up there in years, did not want to go without air today. I was told by Malissa no techs were available and I would have to wait until tomorrow. I called someone else and paid $160.00 to get the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. I always thought those that had contracts received service first. guess I am mistaken. Please let me know the benefit of having a maintenance contract with you if you can't give me service.

I would highly recommend 'We Care' to anyone! Drew was absolutely amazing! My A/C went out on Mother's Day (Sunday) and Drew was to my house within 2 hours and temporarily fixed the issue (broken fan motor). Since it was the weekend, it was $98 for them to come out where originally I believe it's$50. Which is not bad at all. He ordered the part which was ordered and installed the following day. He wasn't pushy in getting me to order unnecessary parts and unnecessary labor. He was very informative and professional. Within 48 hours of my initial call, my a/c was fixed. Within the year Drew also informed me I'd need a new system and went ahead and gave me options. Nick Angelino was also very insightful.
