I started this company after many years of assisting customers in the Panhandle, with a desire to approach things differently. My goal was to offer honest and affordable service without any aggressive sales tactics. My passion lies in giving back to the community. I have always aimed to give back by donating to local charities, and we have been fortunate due to excellent customer feedback and referrals that allow us to do so.

I hired We Care Air to perform annual service at several properties. However, I either misunderstood what the annual service included, or they did not complete the work as expected. They did provide me with high quotes for additional services they claimed I needed, but I fortunately declined those offers.
At our personal home i did not realize their annual serivce did not include the most basic of hvac services , changing air filter, so I did that after they left.
Another basic service I did not realize they failed to include in the service was cleaning the line.
I arrived home a week or so after they did my annual service to find the unit was not working, the line was clogged, and the pan was full of water.
My husband and I cleared the line, vacuumed out the pan of water, and thankfully avoided damage.
I'm not sure why the We Care Air person took so long at our house if he didn't do these basic things.
Will not use again and advise everyone to find another company.
My experience with We Care Air has left me with the impression that they may not operate with the best interests of their customers in mind. I suspect they may use scare tactics to push for unnecessary repairs and replacements, and I wouldn't be surprised if they deliberately cause damage to sell their services.

WE CARE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

WARNING!! Terrible plumbing experience.

Tenant reported backed up shower drain Memorial Day weekend. Called We Care given we had done business with them before for HVAC. Tech came out. They scoped out the drain at an extra cost. Told me the galvanized pipe failed in the shower and needed to be replaced with pvc drain.

Charged me 3x what other plumbing companies later said they would have charged nearly $3k).Tore up the base of the tile shower to replace a galvanized pipe with pvc. Left an unusable shower. Didn't notify me with a text when the job was done.They just left.

The lead tech, T, did call me back. He was considerate and apologized for a lack of communication.

When I called to discuss the unusable shower, the plumbing manager insisted the bill needed to be paid of nearly $3K. Again, 2-3x what should have been charged. Doing the math, 8 hours at $100 hour would have been $800 at $150 hour would have been $1,200.

Thinking the plumbing manager would be helpful if the bill was paid, I went ahead and paid the bill. Big mistake.

After paying the bill, the company (plumbing manager) wouldn't answer the phone or reply to calls. Terrible!

The coordinating technician, T, was incredibly caring and helpful. He offered to help with coordinating a fix of the shower but the plumbing manager refused. The plumbing manager was uncaring and ghosted me.

Previously did business with We Care and have provided many referrals to We Care for HVAC services over the past few years.

They tore up my bathroom shower without a plan for restoration and left me ?ith an unusable shower that is now going to cost another $10 - 12k to repair and make operational. It's 2 months later and I'm still trying to get a contractor to fix the damage. Feel they should reimburse at least half of what was charged.

We Care used to care. Now it seems they could care less.

20 year old AC stopped cooling. Came out on weekend to try to fix it. Cost of repair was over $1000 due to old coolant plus repair would not be warrantied. Decided to get new unit. They were able to get us on the schedule within 2 days, before the real hot days started. Professional installers, cleaned up when finished. The only thing I wish they had done was place the unit a few inches further fro our second unit. It is difficult to get between them to get to an electrical panel.

Don't use anyone else but We Care Heating & Air. I spoke with Danielle in the office, she listened to me and was able to get a technician out to my home within the hour. I appreciate just how quick she was able to get this matter taken care of. The techician, Seneca, was the best. He was able to determine and fix the problem immediately and within minutes everything was running like normal. He answered any questions I had and told me what to look for in the future if this happened again. He was knowledgable and polite. The charge for this service was very reasonable. I give 5 stars to the new owners, Danielle, and Seneca. I will not be using anyone else.

I received their flyer in the mail for ""$65 one-time maintenance"". ""Call or visit us online to schedule your service!"" I sent an online request for service on two HVAC units. Six days later, I had not heard from them. I happened to be in the area for another appointment and stopped in their office. I told the guy behind the counter about my experience: he offered no apology or ask if they could set me up now. His only response to no one in particular was ""I really don't know why we have that (online scheduler) as an option."" I told him I would go back to my usual service provider. I guess they just don't Care enough!

My thermostat stopped working and my A/C unit hadn't been checked since 2019, so after some research I called ""We Care"". The woman I spoke with on the phone (Telissa?) was very nice and said someone would come out that day (they'd give me a call ahead of time so I could be home for the visit). Justin came out and took the time to investigate my t-stat issue without just going ahead and installing a new one and charging me for it. He also gave my unit a check-up (indoor and outdoor). All questions were answered politely and in a way I could understand. No high pressure, no trying to sell me something I didn't really need (which I greatly appreciated!). We Care is my new go-to for my HVAC support.

No pressure to buy extra services or ""repairs."" If there's an issue after the fact, they'll make it right. All these attributes seem to be rare amongst other companies in the area.
