Long story short:
My husband & I were experiencing frustration & difficulty with another electrician who kept ghosting us whenever we asked for an update (They kept us in the dark for nearly 5 months & we lost hope/patience...) . We simply wanted someone to help us upgrade our electrical panel (100 amp to a 200 amp) & install a Tesla wall charger in our garage. After doing some local research, I found Daniel on a few search engine sites and god - are we ever so thankful! I explained to him our situation & he gave us some helpful insight on what he can do & next thing you know, he executed the services we requested beyond our expectation. From our first encounter with Daniel & throughout the whole service - Daniel was very professional , courteous, kind, & his overall work performance/work results was phenomenal!

We contracted Daniel at Watts Electrical Services to properly install 4 lights (one in each bedroom) and 2 vents/fans for the restrooms. They arrived on time and stayed late. After a run in with an unlicensed contractor it's really nice to have someone we trust. They will be back next week to finish the job but we think we found our electrical guy for life! I messaged them and they were out the next day to install a new 220 outlet so that we could change our Tesla. After looking at the outlet that we had, he showed how to just lower the amperage on the Tesla app and explained that I didn't need a new outlet. I appreciate their honesty and not charging me for something that I didn't need and they said no charge. I appreciated them saving money and bought them some lunch. Thank you!!
