Called To get somebody to fix an emergency ... no one ever officially answered the phone ...Just ringing than a pick up and silence...no hello or nothing..really awkward. I never figured out the guys name. Told him the problem...he said they were busy, which I understood. However he promised that he would call me back within a half hour to let me know if they could get somebody out or if it wasn't going to happen. He promised a couple times and took my number down...never heard back. It's a good thing I tried someone else because I'd still be waiting with no electricity. I'd recommend using a different company.

We needed to have a main panel swap and add an NEMA 14-50 outlet for an EV charger in our garage. Daniel was prompt in responding, came out to see what needed to be done, and gave us a competitive estimate. He was very good at listening to what we needed and answering all our questions. He got the necessary permits and coordinated with PG&E and the city inspectors so our power was shut off only a short period of time. We also appreciated that Daniel followed Covid-19 guidelines with social distancing and always wearing a mask. We wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

Great experience from initial contact to job completion. I had them run a long line through some conduit and install an exterior GFI outlet and install two new exterior boxes for floodlights. The work was done professionally and looks great and works perfectly. The price was super competitive. When I have new electrical needs, I now know who to call.

We needed 5 new smoke detectors installed, normal ceiling height, we already had the detectors. They quoted $65 per unit. Which we were okay with, assuming it was complicated. He arrived on time, practiced proper Covid protocols, and installed the smoke detectors. However, he completed all 5 in 15 minutes. $390. We felt ripped off, $390 for 15 minutes work? Even if you account for driving time, that's outrageous. I just had some other work done by Allen's, they charged me $95 an hour.

Daniel was awesome! I was looking for an electrician to install my new Tesla Wall charger for a reasonable price. I also wanted to have a city permit availed since its the right thing to do. Compared to other electricians that yelp recommended, Daniel was able to get the permit and not try to pass on the responsibility to me. Like what do I know about getting the a permit from the city. The other electricians told us that we had to get the permit ourselves.

Daniel was very professional and honest. He showed up on time and was able to do the job nicely. He's always prompt in responding to my messages. I would definitely not think twice about hiring him again for another project if needed.
