This is the best service company on Oahu. We have needed Wailalae Plumbing &Waialae Electric so many times over the past decade and they have never failed us. They are not afraid to tackle complex jobs yet they will also come for the simplest problem. Their response is outstanding and their work is excellent. Recently we found that many companies on the island were happy to sell us an expensive downdraft for our stove but none of them were willing to install. One call to Waialae and problem solved. John came out himself to evaluate and then made it happen. We would never use anyone else.

Waialae plumbing is extremely expensive, they charged us over a $1000.00 to install shower valve trim and lavatory faucet. They charged us $100.00 each for flex lines which don't even cost $20.00. They tripled the price for each flex line. That's just terrible business. WTF

Received an immediate response and Kim knew the right questions to ask to make sure she sent someone who was well prepared for the work that needed to be done. The work was done cleanly - no mess to clean up afterward. Before invoicing the costs were reviewed item by item so I knew what I was paying for. It's the first plumbing job I've had done in the condo so I can't comment on whether their rates are competitive, but their efficiency and prompt professional response is worth a lot to me. They are now my ""go to"" source for plumbing work. (I contacted Waialae after I spoke with another plumbing company 7 separate times and they NEVER got back to me - I always had to contact them. I am STILL waiting for them to call me to set up an appt - 3 weeks after initial contact. This is why I was so impressed that Waialae responded immediately!)

Waialae Plumbing is excessively expensive! There are other companies that provide equal or better services than Waialae. I used them twice for various jobs and one time my new shower head went missing and they refused to reimburse me for the loss. After this experience I refuse to use their service.

I have always received excellent service from the folks at Waialae over the years. Whether or not it was for the complete apartment renovation I undertook back in 2008 or more recently to Bill repairing a kitchen faucet that I thought I would have to replace! Many thanks go to the folks in the office and those out in field for all your excellent work.

We had a leak in our unit a while back and called Waialae Plumbing. Actually we didn't call, but our property manager did. The guy that came was very nice, but didn't come at the time that was told to us. He also took pretty long, but in the end it was ok.

Had water heater installed yesterday by Waialae Plumbing..6 stars. Well today I notice that my relief valve was draining water all night. Called 7:15 Talked to Kim again...so helpful and nice..explained what was happening, hook me up with the boss/John who was helpful and suggested a few option and got one of his plumbers Keith to come out by 1. Keith did a pressure test and found my house RPV (relief pressure valve) no good, and was the possible cause of water dripping from the heater valve all night.....to much pressure. This was a whole separate problem from changing my heater, it's probably what caused it to leak in the first place. Bottom line, I got great service with short notice. Mahalo

They helped us out of a situation that could have been a disaster but instead the knowledgeable and nice plumber by the name of Bill found and repaired a leak we nor the tenant didn't even know existed. Many kudos and mahalos for a job well done.

I had to have my hot water tank replaced urgently as I had a leak. Waialae Plumbing was one of the companies I called. In the end, just because of certain factors, I did not use Waialae Plumbing but I still feel they deserve a shout out. I called them after hours and their after hours scheduler, Sara, took my call and was very helpful and extremely accommodating. And she assured me that the next day they would be able to help me with my hot water tank. Not only that their after hours plumber called me just to check in with me and to reassure me that they would help me out the next day. They offered to come that night but I declined because the leak was slow and I felt I could make it until the next day. Based on their excellent customer service I would not hesitate to call them again.
