A little pricey on labor (aren't all plumbers?), but not as much as some other plumbing businesses. Daniel did a very thorough job, identified issues I didn't even know I had, and corrected them after showing me what the issues were, rather than just saying you need this and that. I would use Waiale again if I need to.

Nate was very professional and is knowledgeable at his trade. Made many suggestions on both do-it-yourself measures to what his company can do and guaranteed the work. He was upfront with any additional charges before executing the work. Also gave a lot of advice on preventative maintenance. He reminded us to call him should we find anything amiss or if we had any questions. We initially called Waialae Plumbing after reading the reviews on Yelp and like the other reviews, we are very pleased with the service.

My first time using Waianae Plumbing. They were very friendly and answered all my questions on the phone. They we're able to make an appointment that was convenient for me. They sent a text just prior to the plumber's arrival that included his picture. Plumber Danny called prior to and when he arrived. He was excellent and did a complete check of all the plumbing under my sink. He presented me with a reasonable quote for the job. He installed the faucet and checked that everything worked well. I'm very confident with his work and enjoyed the time and care he took.

Dependable, professional, meticulous and neat.

Scheduling was quick and a technician was out the next day for an estimate.

Danny investigated the challenge posed by the location of my water heater in a tight space requiring removal of a stove, panel and corner cabinet.

After I approved the estimate the next day, with a 50% down, Danny and Cael came out to replace the water heater. Both were pros... paid meticulous attention to details and were neat.

They also waited for my building water to be turned on so they could test the water heater. They took photos to document the work as well.

Worth every dollar! Ask about the discounts mentions in Yelp and their web page. Recommend!

Hired this company to perform both electrical & plumbing work on 2 separate occasions over 2 years apart. Both occasions the work was completed in a timely, efficient & clean manner. I appreciated both workers, they were very professional. The last one to come out was the plumber, Jakob. He did a great job, super knowledgeable & fast. FYI, there is an initial fee to have a worker come out to give an estimate for I think just under $60. If you accept the estimate & agree to the work, this fee gets applied to the balance of the estimate. Overall, I felt this company was fair & reliable. I will definitely call them again if in need.
