Hired this company to perform both electrical & plumbing work on 2 separate occasions over 2 years apart. Both occasions the work was completed in a timely, efficient & clean manner. I appreciated both workers, they were very professional. The last one to come out was the plumber, Jakob. He did a great job, super knowledgeable & fast. FYI, there is an initial fee to have a worker come out to give an estimate for I think just under $60. If you accept the estimate & agree to the work, this fee gets applied to the balance of the estimate. Overall, I felt this company was fair & reliable. I will definitely call them again if in need.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink when the water was turned on. I called waialae plumbing in the evening and they had someone come out the next morning and gave me a four hour window. They called me around 9:30 to let me know the technician was on his way and I also got a text with his name and picture, which I appreciated. Kenneth was very professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything to me clearly and had everything fixed and replaced in a little over an hour. I like that they take pictures and videos before, during and after the repair, and it's associated with your address in their records. Now I know if I have any future problems I can use the same company and they will have on file what repairs I've had done previously. Thanks Kenneth
