I called on Friday morning for a drain clog issue thinking I would get scheduled sometime the next day, but they were able to get my job in on Friday afternoon. Jacob was very understanding, even though what I was experiencing did not make logical sense. He was very efficient and completed the job with no issues.

Our bathtub drain was clogged. Called Waialae plumbing and they came through wihtin a a couple of hours. Our technicians Matt and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. They were quick to remove to clog, very personable and professional. Waialae plumbing will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Wonderful, quick response by email, text, phone, and in-person. You Feel like they want and appreciate your business. Their workers are prompt, hard-working, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did 2 jobs for me this year: Reinstalled and silicone my sagging underground kitchen sink and detached and reattached the disposal and plumbing. Also replaced a water heater with a hybrid (heat pump) water heater. I plan to rely on them for all my umbing needs and perhaps for some renovation, as they also do construction and home renovation.?

They responded quickly to my request to come in and look at my plumbing situation. The technicians were excellent courteous, very polite and efficient with the problems that I was having. They solved all my problems and gave me tips on how to better the plumbing situation in my older home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update! As per their response below, Waialae Plumbing issued me a refund for their service call, which I sincerely appreciate. As I said everyone was very cordial, I simply wish they would've given me a heads up and I could've saved their servicemen a trip. Trust me it wasn't the money, but the refund is a tremendous gesture and worth me giving them a second chance. Kudos and thank you!

$62 for opening their truck door!
My kitchen sink was clogged this am. I checked the trap and used a small 15' snake but neither worked so I called Waialae Plumbing as I'd seen there trucks around. I explained the situation in detail and the receptionist (who was very cordial) took my info and said they could come out today and their dispatcher would call me back. She also said there'd be a $59 service call for coming out (which is more than reasonable) and after the serviceman assessed, he'd give me a price. They called shortly after and said they were on the way. All great so far. The serviceman pulled up, got out of his truck and said he needed to use the snake and that would cost $480!?!? Almost $500 to snake a drain? C'mon guys. I said thanks but no thanks. Now this is America and you can charge what you like BUT, if you knew (which they obviously did) the convo should have been ""the service charge is $59, sounds like they'll need to snake it and if they do that will be $500"". Anyway I paid the $62, walked to Safeway, bought a bottle of Drano and 15min later was washing dishes! My condo needs a complete remodel, wanna guess who I won't be calling?

Came in a timely fashion on New Year's Eve to fix a leak in our bathroom sink pipe. Gave a good price to replace two pipes and faucet. Nate was efficient and pleasant. We would definitely hire Waialae Plumbing again.

My solar water heater was leaking water and needed replacing. I called Waialae Plumbing who came and gave me an estimate for a new unit. They worked me in their schedule the next day to do the replacement. The workers were professional and had the job done in a speedy manner.
