Nathaniel worked the job with a professional attitude - gave advice, recommendation, explained what was to be done and answered all questions. At completion of the work the existing water line was restored and reconnected, and the water heater replaced. Great Service! Highly recommend.

I reached out to Waialae Plumbing when my sink was clogged and would not drain. When I initially called, Ryan took down my info and notified me that dispatch would coordinate a service appointment. Sarah from dispatch called soon after and gave me the breakdown costs of a service call during business & after hours. Due to my work schedule and living alone (no one else except my dog to allow entry) my scheduled service appointment fell between the two. Jakob was my technician and did an excellent job of showing me a photo of the clogged pipe. It was a quick fix and he answered all my questions regarding plumbing, how blockages happen and how I can maintain a clean drain moving forward. I was very grateful to be able to wash my dishes in the sink again...not my shower. I did have a question about billing and Nate responded immediately. He addressed the issue and resolved my billing question. I would highly recommend Waialae Plumbing- Ryan, Sarah, Jakob and Nate are responsive, qualified and trustworthy.
