Plugged in a charger to regenerate a portable battery when I heard a crackling sound coming from an outlet in the next room. Was it on fire? Immediately searched Yelp to find a local electrician. My neighbors on Yelp highly recommended WC Electrical so I called and spoke with William who knew exactly what was happening - faulty connection of old electric wiring. He told me how to stay safe and dispatched Mario the next morning. While he fixed the current problem, Mario outlined a few options I have moving forward to avoid future electrical problems. All I can say is, go with Will and Mario all day!!! These guys are a class act. Not the cheapest, but after getting trusted quotes and having family friends say that his prices for the work are not the lowest but extremely fair is an understatement. THEIR WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! Both the city inspector and the multiple Edison inspectors all passed us on the first time, each stating, wow, these guys did a really really great job, we don't have to redo or cite anything.. and in my opinion, that is WELL WORTH the money. You can be assured the work is done properly. Truly appreciative for these two!!

I'm so thankful to William for helping me out. I sent a Yelp request at close to 11pm for what I thought was a blown circuit. William responded right away and asked me to call him so he could help me diagnose the problem. Meanwhile, some other quote responses said they could fix it for $280 flat price.
William spent time with me on the phone to see if I could fix it on my own or if I truly needed somebody to come out. It turns out I just needed to put a little more effort into switching the breakers and the power came back on. I was seriously stressing about not being able to work from home tomorrow with the internet out. I am so grateful to him for the help and his time. He didn't ask to be compensated in any way. I offered, he refused. Who does that?! William does!
I will definitely go to William for any electrical needs in the future. He has proven to me that he is trustworthy and kind and I'd be very glad to work with him.

Bad bad bad service!! Do not attempt to call. Very rude! Ask to come out and help and he was very sarcastic! Saying its too early to come out and keep in mind the buisness says 24/7! Take your business some where else!

Diagnosed 90% of the issue over the phone. Quote was reasonable, and work was done within 2 days (would have been one day weather permitting). Added two outlets and spread the load out on an otherwise unsafe wiring situation. William was clear about the work, and executed the job within the time frame he provided. He and his helper were done within a few hours and left the kitchen and sink cleaner than when he left. Would recommend him to anyone.

I had an outdoor outlet that detached from the wall because the outlet box was improperly installed by the previous homeowner's contractor. Thousands of ants were entering through the opening in the wall and taking over my kitchen. I called William at 10 am on a Saturday morning and he had a technician, Mario, at my house by 12 pm the same day. Mario was professional and friendly and replaced the outlet box and outlet in short time (and did a fantastic caulking job around the outlet to ensure no bugs could squeeze their way into my house). He also did some troubleshooting on my Ring doorbell and, at my request, provided an estimate on installing some outdoor lighting. Overall, William and Mario provided excellent customer service at a very reasonable price. Thank you, William and Mario!
