This is how service businesses should be. Straight-forward, no upselling, quick to respond, on time, quick work. I sent message on Yelp over the weekend for a quote not expecting a response until Monday, but I got a response almost immediately. Explained my problem, was given a straight answer and quote. Quotes were comparable to the other responses I got, so I decided to just make the appointment with WC since they gave the most straight-forward and quick response. Requested Monday morning appointment at 9. Arrived early at 8:45. Quick work. Explained everything. Will definitely use WC again when I need electrical service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He started the job like a normal person would. After about 15 minutes into it I hear someone smashing something on my front lawn. I walk outside and see the owner smashing his phone on his ladder, swearing and then throwing it on the ground saying it won't work. I ask him to leave and he asks why and said he was just trying to fix his phone. He's just an angry person that can't control his temper even as a grown man. Sad. He then tries to charge me $100 for the ""work"" he already did. Use someone else.

I called around for quotes to do my 200 amp upgrade, most quoting 2500 +/- a few hundred. Then I contacted William, he asked a lot of questions in regard to my upgrade as to give me the most accurate quote possible. After speaking with him for 20-25 min. Or so I was pleased with his quote and time frame. He performed the work as expected and on time. I couldn't be happier with his work, very clean and thorough. Roughly a week later I noticed a few outlets in my garage were not working, being the only change was the upgrade I called William and talked to him about the issue. He immediately said he would come and take a look at it but was confident his work was done correctly. He then gave me over the phone advice what to look for and any possible issues (still thinking it was the panel) I described what the breaker was doing and he put me right on the problem. I had an old garage outlet was bad causing the breaker to trip. Fixed it myself and saved some money. William is a knowledgeable electrical technician, he saves you money from those cookie cutter companies by eliminating the middle man. I would feel 100% confident recommending William to anyone.

Contacted him via Yelp EARLY (6:30 am) on a Sunday morning because we had sparks coming out of an electrical outlet. William was here within an hour and charged what I felt was a very reasonable price for an emergency call out on a Sunday morning. Thanks so much! Definitely will be using him in the future

I called William on a Saturday for a problem, and he took time to try to troubleshoot it over the phone so he wouldn't have to come out and I wouldn't have to be charged. Unfortunately due to my limited knowledge we couldn't figure it out, so he came early Sunday and figured out he problem and fixed it immediately for me, and also gave me some advice for future upgrades or potential issues without being overly pushy or alarmist. Would definitely recommend for any issues, and will definitely be using William in the future. I get very excited when I use local businesses that are run properly and can get the job done.

I live in a neighborhood where people drive in to make U turns. One day a Charter van was leaving my cul-de-sac and knocked over my street lamp. I called a couple of electricians hoping they can help me replace it. All the guys I called took a look at it and never responded back. Later, I found Will and decided to give him a call. We set an appointment to have him check out the lamp the next day. He was on time, took a look at the lamp and explained to me how the lamps on the street work, how long it'll take for him to find the exact lamp (it had to be a city approved lamp) and how long it will take to install. It took him a couple weeks to find the exact lamp, which I didn't mind because he updated me every step of the way. He was able to find the exact street lamp from the original company who built it and was able to put it in a couple weeks later. The lamp is now installed and it looks great! Will was very informative and understood everything that I wanted. I will def work with Will again for all my future electrical needs! Thanks again Will

I called William around 1pm on a Saturday since my power was out and SCE told me that there were no reported outages. He answered and told me that he would come by after his current job. Good on his word, he came out and told me that the power was out due to an accident involving a light pole. He checked my box even though it was a neighborhood outage. And he was very nice and didn't charge me for the visit. I will definitely call him for future electrical problems. He was good humored about the power outage and just checking the box. A really nice guy!
