Luis, Edwin and crew did a great job. They moved 2 outlets, installed two below cabinet outlets and installed 3 pendent lights. The level of professionalism and honestly just being good people was apparent. Luis and Edwin came days later to install the Pendents at no extra charge due to it taking a long time to get delivered ( mind you me and my girlfriend ordered the lights ).

The office is very easy to work with both over text, phone, and email. The repair was relatively simple once they diagnosed the problem - replacing a broken dimmer for our lights.

They never showed up for a quote, after scheduling a day and time with me. Spoke to the owner Charlie several times throughout the week and after texting him a reminder text on Saturday, he didn't even reply to showing up at the time we had scheduled. No follow up to confirm and show up for a quote.

We sent a mass request for quotation in Yelp. We hired Voltom to paint our house (interior). I highly recommend this company. They are polite, reliable, and they didn't finish until the house were completely under our satisfaction. Luis is great to work with. They went above and beyond on this job. They covered the floor and furniture with paper and plastic. They did an amazing job!! We received 3 quotes and Voltom was in the middle. We chose them over the lowest quote because they seemed to be respectful of hours (being on time and early) and they were polite and knowledgeable during quoting. I am glad we did!

They removed a 38 gallon water heater and the corner shelf where it was mounted and patched the wall. They then installed a tankless water heater along with thicker AWG electrical wiring with a 60A breaker (replacing the existing 30A breaker). They also ran wiring along the attic and through a garage wall for a 50A breaker and installed a 14-50 220V outlet. They were reliable, gave a reasonable price and I would hire them again.

I requested assistance with a switch plate in the garage that would switch off while being used. Luis assessed what was required and changed the switch plate. He worked efficiently and returned the old plate. I will definitely use Voltom Services in the future.
