Called Volt after my usual electrician wanted $150 ""just to show up"" to diagnosis a outlet circuit problem. Volt called back within a half hour and scheduled a free appmnt for the next day. Came out early, fixed the short circuit problem and checked the all breakers. The 240 volt breaker also needed repaired (unrelated to the wall circuit issue). They even added some new GFI outlets for free. They fixed everything same day. Not cheap $1,140, but good work and fast service.

From estimate to job completion, these guys were fantastic - the way a business should be run. Sent info for them to bid on replacing/upgrading panel to 200A and run 240-40amp 8-g line to kitchen for future appliance. They weren't necessarily the cheapest, but they were VERY reasonable and quick. Ben, the owner, got back with estimate same evening. We agreed to date and time frame to visit the house to assess. Right on time and called ahead to confirm. From there, we agreed to move forward, got permit within 2 days and did the work the very next day. They coordinated inspector to view the work, inspector said looked good, signed off and the stucco guy came and patched up. For a job like that, it was incredible we were only out of power for a day. Work done by Austin and Manny, stucco by Antonio -- got to be some of the best and hardest workers in the biz. Great job, very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend.

We are so grateful to have found Volt Tech! I am 9 months pregnant and these guys came out right away to fix our electricity that had gone out. Needless to say, it ended up being more work than we anticipated. Ben, the owner, helped so much with not only fixing the issues, but assisting us with our homeowners claim. His technicians, Austin and Manny, were super cool gentleman also, and were both super friendly and eager to get the job done before I went into labor. Bless their hearts! Even the drywall guy they sent out was polite, friendly, and helpful when I couldn't move the furniture. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for all electrical needs. We will need more work done in the future and just knowing we now have a trustworthy company to call sets our minds at ease. Thank you Ben, Austin, and Manny... you guys really are the best!

Ben the owner called and sent Austin to check my issues with the outlets and add a new one.
Austin contacted and showed up on time. Austin is very knowledgeable and identified the potential issue and fix. He also was able to installed a new outlet on the same visit and did a fantastic job. Very happy with Austin's work. Will definitely call again for future service. Thanks Volt Tech!

I went to finish the last of two bathroom light fixture replacements last Sunday and the second turned into a nightmare because I wasn't happy with the offset from the crooked wall. On Thursday my daughter and I spent most of the day destroying the electrical box to replace. Just a nightmare with nuts on the back of bolts you don't have access to. Well to cut this short, I did my yelp request and asked for help that day. Ben responded and made his way out to my my mom's house by 3. He was on time. I had only planned for him to install two GFIs as my daughter and I worked on the nightmare. He took a look at it and said it wasn't going to happen and quickly fixed that too. He also correctly wired the GFI in that bathroom so now it's legit. My daughter was bummed she couldn't finish the job, but I was in peace throwing money at it and crossing it off my list. Ben came by the same day because some of our outlets were not working. He was very fast and courteous and did his job well as far as I can tell. All the outlets that he worked on now are fine and we are able to plug our appliances in them. I want to thank Ben personally for being such a great electrician because he really cares about his work. I would recommend him to others if they are looking for a clean installation and repair.

Ben and his team (David and Manny) are most reliable electricians you can find. He is working around my budget and concerns and also help us out of a lot of side projects. He checked on me regularly to see how the process has gone to make sure I am updated with the procedure and if there is anything needed to be addressed he would compromise for us. Had few flickering lights at the house, David, called and gave a 1 hr warning of his arrival. He came over and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a very thorough check of the problem areas, and immediate corrected some of the losing wires as well as a breaker heating up. He fixed the issues and fingers crossed everything stays working

Cannot say enough about Volt Tech! When we woke up on a Saturday with only half our house had power, Volt was there within half an hour after we called. The owner, Ben, took a personal interest in our problem. The issue proved to be very complicated and more serious than first thought. It required us to contact our homeowners insurance. Once the claim had been submitted, Ben had his people out the very next day and the problem was rectified all in one day! When Volt's techs were out at our house, they commented that ""... our customers come first!..."" I whole hardheartedly believe this! Ben even worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get the claim settled! Throughout the whole process, Ben was understanding and his people were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt! Volt Tech will be our first, and only call, in the future for any work to be done at our house!
