After my previous review, the owner Ben reached out to me and apologized. Mistakes do happen. Volt Tech Electric did not meet our needs this time, but their apology is accepted. Changing to 3-star rating for doing the right thing.

We had some electrical issues and they were able to send a technician over that same day. Austin was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Austin was able to complete most of the job in 1 day, but needed to come back with a crew to finish up. We were so pleased with his work that we booked them for some additional electrical jobs on the spot. (Additional jobs- ceiling fan, recessed lighting in the kitchen, fixed some 3 way switches).

We highly recommend Volt for your needs. There were several technicians who came out for the job and they were all great. They covered our furniture and cleaned up. Electrical work is expensive, but their pricing was reasonable and done correctly. They were a great crew to work with.

Ben and his team know the project complexities of electrical work and are very effective in various degrees of electrical repairs. As most people know electrical and plumbing are generally substantial in cost by nature of repair but the results are what count and what you pay for. Very good contractor.

David Lopez showed texted me when he was en route. He showed up and was very courteous and professional. He completed the work and did an amazing job at keeping my home clean. The quote was fair and he asked if there was anything further he can help with. This is the second time I have had him respond to a call from this company and I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

We had a couple outlets stop working at our home and booked an appointment to have Volt Tech Electric come out to evaluate the cause. Booking the appointment was very easy, and their service rep David Lopez was very polite as well. However, The estimate he gave me was very high So I contacted another company for a second bid. I ended up using the other company, but did receive a call from the owner, Ben, Who wanted to make sure that I had a pleasant experience. He took time to listen to my concerns and assured me that for any future projects he would personally take care of providing an accurate estimate. He explained that the technician is newer, And although a very sharp guy, may not have been 100% sure they're estimating process.

We had a short circuit in our outdoor gfci outlets which needed to be fixed asap. Austin and Fernando came quickly the next morning and fixed the problem in about 1.5 hours! Although the cost was on the pricey side, we are very grateful for them and their help! Austin also spent time explaining to us where all the problems and issues were. Overall we are very satisfied with their work!

Ben was great! All of my outlets went out in my kitchen and Ben made time to come out immediately and was extremely thorough in his examination of the problem. He handled a big job in one day and guaranteed his work. He is definitely our guy for anything electrical!

Ben and Austin provided a great service. We needed an inspection on our new home purchase, and then a lot of rewiring done. They were very responsive! I had a few additional requests when they were on the property working and they gave me a great quote and got it all done in a day.
