My name is Ryan Cumming, and I take pride in being the owner of Viking Electrical Services. Twelve years ago, I began my journey by digging trenches for underground installations. I quickly realized that gaining knowledge led to higher earnings. I dedicated myself to learning, and soon I found myself managing the underground crew. As a second-year apprentice electrician, I was leading crews and delivering ground-up commercial projects. As a journeyman, I took on the responsibility of quoting and selling electrical work. While continuing my education, I discovered numerous methods to guide a team. A genuine leader cultivates an atmosphere that allows team members to feel pride in their roles and the company they support.
