I am Ryan Cumming, the proud owner of Viking Electrical Services. I started my career 12 years ago, working on underground installations by digging trenches. I soon discovered that acquiring knowledge resulted in better pay. I immersed myself in learning and, before long, I was leading the underground crew. As a second-year apprentice electrician, I was leading crews and delivering ground-up commercial projects. As a journeyman, I began estimating and selling electrical projects. I kept learning and realized there are many effective ways to lead a crew. An effective leader creates a space where employees can take pride in their work and the organization they serve. Now, as a master electrician, I have achieved my vision of creating such an environment. I’m Ryan Cumming, and I take pride in being the owner of Viking Electrical Services.
