On day of service he was prompt and provided confirmation when he was on his was. He was on time and provided the necessary services I requested as well as providing me with further options for down the road projects I was looking to complete. All without being pushy. Overall he installed my Tesla wall charger within 2-3 hours. I highly recommend Velo Electric. He is the best in the business for quality and pricing. We've had Velo Electric come out twice to install two separate NEMA 14-50 outlets in our garage. Rates are competitive with other electricians but the communication and turnaround time is where they excel. The second install was a little bit more complicated than the first but Carlos still did an excellent job making it very clean and well incorporated around the obstacles in the garage. We had Carlos install a Tesla supercharger unit in our garage. He was very responsive by email and gave an estimate after viewing 3 photos I sent him. But after meeting him in person and his examination of my installation, the estimate became higher. However his new estimate seemed fair, so I agreed for him to install the Tesla unit which he did in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend Carlos because he was very informative and honest. He is easy to talk to and will answer any electrical questions you might have.
