My neighbor right next door asked me about installing a new electric panel for their townhouse where we share a wall. They received a very high quote from someone so I looked area in my area since it was a project I had been thinking about doing as well. I searched and had a few quotes for both of us. Carlos came right out, gave us a quote we agreed upon and he did the work yesterday! It is not an easy job but got the permits and approval from Saratoga and PGE. Everything went smoothly and very professional, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend his business.

Carlos was easy to connect with and responsive to messages about the work and scheduling. It was a small project and previously I had trouble finding an electrician that wanted to come out for the two hours of work I needed. When I chose Velo i was a little concerned since he had 5 reviews. But wow he was great, the 5 reviews must be because people don't yelp or something. He was responsive, professional in the scheduling and the actual work delivered. He showed up on time and got done all the things we needed, cleaned up so it was like he was never there. They installed some ceiling fans and fixed some old wiring done by others that I had some concerns about. He looked it all over and saw what was good and what needed some fixing. Carlos is my guy for electrical work from now on. If you need an electrician (and he's licensed) he can be your guy as well.

I'm so happy with the work that was done by Carlos and his team. Whenever I need an electrician, Velo Electric will be my first call. These guys were awesome! Carlos was the first to respond when I asked for a quote from multiple companies and his price was so much more affordable/reasonable than his counterparts. He also gave me a detailed breakdown of what had to be done for the job and the costs which made me feel at ease. He was very flexible on his availability and was in constant communication with me from the time I requested the quote until he left my house. He and his partner, Harley, were very professional and friendly. They were very efficient, got the job done quickly and properly! Now, a month later, everything is still perfect! The electricity and fixtures in the rooms he worked on are, finally, how they always should have been!

Carlos with Velo Electric did a very good job. He came to my house to provide an estimate and his availability to do the job. Price quotes was decent, in the ballpark of what I was expecting and he explained everything in detail about what the job look like and how much time he will need to finish.
Came on time with his team, finished his work in the time frame provided and sent me the pictures of the job done since I was not at home.

My room has power!

My room was out of power for I kid you not ... ONE WHOLE WEEK. The issue was weird. I was on my computer, ceiling fan on, lights off and nothing more. The power suddenly shut off and I hear a pop somewhere ... I check the breakers and one was tripped.

I thought, okay cool no worries. Flip it back and ohhh man! Nothing. Me and my dad try to diagnose the situation since my dad has some experience with electrical but this was beyond what experience he or I may have. This hurts all the more since I'm a college student with finals coming up ... yup, NEXT WEEK.

I send out quotes and Carlos from Velo Electric responds in under an hour with a reasonable and fair quote. I sent out 4 quotes this day and I've yet to get one back while others could not even provide a quote. I made an appointment with him and his communication is great, he lets me know if there may be any delays whatsoever so that someone could be present.

He fixed our issue on his first visit, but then we had another issue. The following day Carlos fit us into his busy work day just to diagnose and remedy the situation. Me and my family are very appreciative and thankful because 3 rooms were affected, not just mine. He figured out the problem and was in and out in under 2 hours. He brought another employee named Harley; both very hard workers!

Very laid back, professional and honest people. I will be going to Velo Electric should I or my family have any electrical issues. We've already recommended Velo Electric to my brother and his fiance in the event they experience electrical worries in their house. Thanks for all your hard work!

My Crystal Chandeliers suddenly won't light up again. It was bought from lamp plus several years ago, and very expansive. I contacted the seller, but they do not do repair, and do not know any one to repair it. so i contacted several local electricians, but most of them can not repair the lamp.

Carlos replied and came to diagnostic, he quickly find out the problem is the converter. very helpful and professional!
