I needed an electrician to troubleshoot and finish installing a Ring doorbell for my condo. The condo has a tenant living in it and Luis needed to coordinate to figure out a time to do the install. Luis was able to come to the condo the same day and finish the install, which exceeded my expectations. He did all of the coordination with my tenant and was communicative throughout the process. Tried Upgrading electrical panel which ended up with a slew of problems that's hindering city approval. Also Didn't tell me about need for permit. He now avoids phone call and requests to fix problems. NOT Recommended.
