Caught my interest with an affordable but realistic quote, and wanted $75 for the inspection that would then be credited towards the project if I were to go with them.

The next day, the technician shows up unannounced (I had not confirmed my availability) and we go through the project; one outlet I wanted to get grounded to pipe or rod outside.

Then, I get an absurd quote in the mail that went from the original $155 to like $1050, with very odd unspecified prices ($285 for an outlet that costs like $30 at home depot?)

Found another electrician that's going to do this for a normal price. I feel like this was an easy $75 for them to grab.

3 stars cause the electrician showing up was a nice and helpful dude.

The company is family owned and did a great job installing new lamps in our backyard. They were on time to the minute. Very easy to book and were able to schedule a visit the next morning. We ended up hiring them to do another project which they were able to start the following day. Their work was clean and they left the area cleaner than how it was before the project started. Highly recommended and would use them in the future.

I needed an electrician to troubleshoot and finish installing a Ring doorbell for my condo. The condo has a tenant living in it and Luis needed to coordinate to figure out a time to do the install. Luis was able to come to the condo the same day and finish the install, which exceeded my expectations. He did all of the coordination with my tenant and was communicative throughout the process. I would recommend Vazquez Electric for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Tried Upgrading electrical panel which ended up with a slew of problems that's hindering city approval. Also Didn't tell me about need for permit. He now avoids phone call and requests to fix problems. NOT Recommended.

Mr. Vasquez and his son, both Union electricians and licensed were fantastic. They were professional and quick to resolve our problems and then discovered a problem with our panel we had worried about but didn't have the knowledge to verify until they came along.

You cannot do better than this family business and I cannot recommend them more highly. They are going on our ""keepers"" list of service providers and have already been recommending them for our daughter's new house and a few friends.
