Van's Electric is the way to go if you need any electric work!! My brand new stove wasn't working due to an issue with wiring. Van was very helpful and patient and made time for me that day! He even had me send him pictures prior to coming to try and figure out if it was something we could solve over the phone. He's very nice, good customer service, and pricing is reasonable. I scheduled an appointment for him to install my fan as well! I'm very happy I have someone to call now if I need electrical work done. You won't be disappointed if you call Van!

What an awesome experience. Yesterday, one circuit/breaker stopped working. This one controlled about 5 lights in the living room and kitchen so we were basically sitting in the dark last night. LOL. I got one referral for an electrician but since he never responded to a message, it was time to move on. Looked on Yelp and saw Van's high rating and many ratings. Called Van on a Sunday and was surprised that he answered. Said he was busy the next few days so I was getting concerned that I'd be sitting in the dark for some time. However, Van then asked me to tell him the problem and offered a solution. I tried it out and it worked!!!! So stoked! Saved money and time, and stress, thanks to Van's honesty and care. If I need more electrical work in the future, I have no doubt where I will be going. Thanks Van!

I received fantastic over the phone help. While having trouble splicing a 220v 4 prong to 3 prong extension to my welder I couldn't have been happier with their support. Their exacting instructions and concern for my safety are greatly appreciated and I will be calling them for all of my electrical needs. Thanks again!

We needed a few light switches changed, an outlet , and a ceiling fan repaired. Van was able do all of this in just an hour, and offered help with a few other issues with cords sticking out left by the previous tenants. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Van's Electric.

We can't thank Van enough for fitting us in before another job and coming out at 7am on a Sat. (Yesterday)We were all worried that the issue was gonna take tearing up the walls & some big $$$. Lucky for us, it wasn't major at all just a bad plug. He made quick work of assessing the problem and fixing it! He was in and out in about an hour and soooo affordable!!
I know we'll be calling him for all our electrical needs from now on!

Five stars really isn't enough.

I called this afternoon while at work to ask a few questions. My main breaker had been tripping (4 times over the weekend). Van was very helpful over the phone and have me several possible issues and a price quote for each possibility. We made an appointment for 7am the following morning for him to come out and take a look and see what the problem was (at no charge! Wow).

Just before getting off work Van called back and said he could fit me in today and wanted to come take a look at my breaker. I got stuck in traffic but my wife was home to greet him. By the time I got home it was all done.

He explained to me what he did. He checked my inside fuse box to make sure there wasn't any issues there. He checked the main breaker and discovered that not only was it wearing out due to age....the connection was loose. He further explained that both issues (age and loose connection) cause heat and heat is actually what trips the breaker. Luckily we caught it early enough and the damage didn't worsen.

His professionalism and great service was top notch! He gave me a great price and a free tube of caulk!!! Lol

I've dealt with other companies before Mr. E and was left with an awful taste in my mouth. I would recommend Vans Electric to anyone any day without hesitation and 100% confidence.

The service was fast and courteous! I called Van because our lights in our living room would turn off if my son turned off his lights. Van was able to squeeze us in the following day and explained in lay man's terms what was happening to our electric system. He gave us a couple of solutions and let us decide which was the better decision for our situation. The electrician who originally wired our house gave us conflicting advise, which is why we're in this situation! I'm glad that Van came to our rescue!

Appreciated Van's prompt arrival! He evaluated what needed to be done, found problem in no time and made repair! Gave advice for other problems in our unit, which wouldn't cost more than buying accessories that would solve the problems.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE! If I could give a ZERO RATING I WOULD! I called to see about getting an estimate for some work. The call dropped the first time so tried calling back. When he answered he was very rude and aggressive. I asked if he did outdoor work and he laughed and said no just indoor. When I asked if he could recommend some one who does outdoor electrical he interrupted me and said who is this your interrupting me. At that time I was fed up with the rudeness and said oh I'm sorry I was trying to give you business but if you don't want it that's fine. Then he hung up! DO NOT USE THIS ASSHOLE unless you want to be treated badly and I'm pretty sure the work will directly correlate with the attitude!
