This was an emergency electrical small fire in my home and this company was the first to answer my call and set up an appointment to check out the problem. Eric, the electrician, came to our home at the time of his appointment and immediately knew what was wrong. He fixed the problem in no time and I am grateful to his efficient and quick time to fix, because I had an appointment that I had to keep and could not cancel.

I would definitely recommend having Artin come out to do any and all of your electrical work. He was very thorough when he came for our consultation and gave us an estimate within 10 minutes. We had him do quite a range of work from installing electrical in our garage, adding recessed lighting, adding outlets, switching outlets, adding a ceiling fan, and exhaust fans. This took him 12 hours to complete and he wasn't leaving until it was all done. I will definitely be using United Electric and asking for Artin for any future electrical needs.

I do not believe this is a trustworthy company. They came out to look at a partial power outage in my house. Over the phone he told me it would cost $89 for the tech to come look at the problem, plus the cost of any necessary repairs. Turns out it was a problem with the power source (thanks LADWP!) that the city needed to fix.

When it came time for him to leave, he tried to charge me $89 for the visit, plus $125 for ""troubleshooting."" The guy had only been there for 20-30 minutes, tops! He had made no repairs at all and had not asked me or my roommate for permission to do said ""troubleshooting."" Plus, one would assume basic troubleshooting would be included in ""coming out to see what the problem is.""

I told him there was no way I was paying that because he had not asked me to approve that additional cost. He immediately backed down (another sign that he knew he was full of it). I definitely felt like he was looking to take advantage of the fact that I am a young, female, clearly inexperienced homeowner. I would not use this company again.

Artine was awesome, great work, attention to detail, made sure it was what we wanted every step of the way. We had him do external security lighting and add external outlets, some ceiling lights and best thing is he fixed bad wiring we weren't even aware of having recently moved it. Probably saved us from an eminent fire hazard. Will definitely hire again for other projects.

This company was great for fixing electrical issues in two ceiling fans in my house.
When i called as a new customer, they fit me into their busy schedule within next they and Artin came next day and provide me a quote which was reasonable ( compared to other quotes which i had from other companies) .
I would highly recommend the electrician (Artin) who was prepared and professional.
He walked me through what he was doing constantly and was not pushy .
He identified that the fans were improperly wired immediately and worked quickly to fix the problem.

I hope that i wont have additional electrical issues , but i'll call UNITED and ask for Artin if i do.

Martik is our favorite electrician and favorite person we've ever met through having blown circuit breakers. (Old house.) He's informative, he's helpful, he's respectful, he's quick, he's careful, funny and wicked smart! He really just wants your home to be efficient, safe and your fuse box to be well labeled. He takes extra time to give you every option/price available so you can make the best decision for you. Really helpful guys working the phones and schedule too. Artin installed four ceiling fans for us. He kept us informed throughout the process and brought a few issues to our attention during the installation that needed some extra attention as well. He was very thorough in his work. Most important, Artin was extremely polite and professional and provided and overall great experience. I would strongly recommend him for your job too!

Waited for hours yesterday for them to show up until they finally called and said he was running late. They made the appointment for today and I gave up my morning of work to wait at home again. No show. This is the way they run a business? Atrocious, disgusting and cost me money! Thank you for nothing.
