I am managing a home restoration/renovation project in Highland Park, CA and reached out to United on getting an estimate. They were timely, easy to work with, and sent out their plumbing inspector Arthur. Arthur was diligent, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what he was asked to do for us on the inspection. He gave us his honest opinion on what needed to be done and felt that another company could handle the scope of our project better than he could. More than this, he recommended another plumber who could get it done for cheaper and quicker.

His honesty, customer service, and knowledge were greatly appreciated! If I ever need a plumber on a smaller job in the future, I will def reach out to and highly recommend Arthur over at United Plumbing!

I called United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric to see if they could help me rewire my apartment to have a 220 volt outlet for a new washer/dryer combo I just purchased. It was a complicated job given my apartment was built in the 1920's, and the electrical wiring has not been installed properly over the years.

Toto came over and was very generous with his time to properly inspect and provide me with a quote. He went above and beyond to do this job and had to cut through several areas in the drywall in order to rewire to the breaker box. He was nice enough to do some carpentry work afterwards to repair the walls and even provided paint matched to my walls for final touch ups. He finished the job in 1 day!

I will definitely be calling United again for any future needs I may have!

Outstanding job! United Plumbing Heating Air and Electric company completely re-wired my home. The company's senior electrician, Mr. Torkom Torosian or ""Mr. Toto,"" used his expertise to complete technical details needed to do the work. After completing the job, Mr. Toto and I conducted a thorough inspection of his work to assure my expectations were met. I was extremely pleased. Mr. Toto was courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. He dedicated his time and attention to details, while performing high-quality work. All of which exceeded my expectations. Over the past five to eight weeks that I worked with Mr. Toto, I noticed that he was meticulous, while going over every inch of my home. His thoroughness and attention to detail demonstrates that he is a leader in the electrical field.

Mr. Toto located a minimum of three outlets that had the potential to ignite sparks or cause a fire as those outlets were embedded into the walls without any indication that they had been installed. Based upon my experience with this company, I can truly state that this is a ""trustworthy"" company. I entrusted my home and my safety to this company.

At the on-set, I was skeptical. Although I had obtained an additional bid for electrical work at my home, I lacked electrical knowledge and had never had the need for a licensed contractor specializing in residential electrical repairs or upgrades. Nevertheless, I felt comfortable with Mr. Toto immediately and have had enough experience working with diverse business representatives to know that Mr. Toto was a highly-skilled, professional. Both of those attributes increased my level of confidence in Mr. Toto's ability to do the work as well as his company. I would use this company again. Let there be no doubt about it, I would refer United Plumbing Heating Air and Electric to a friend, stranger or anyone in need of high-quality electrical rewiring without reservation or hesitation.

I called United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric because all the power in my house went out. I had to go out, so I didn't call them until I returned around 3 pm. Although they were working in the valley and had to deal with the traffic, he extended his day to take care of my problem. They provided me with options to fix my problem, since the options varied in cost and I felt the choice was totally mine. I called today because I need a 240 wall plug. Everyone I have spoken and/or dealt with in the company is so polite and kind. Definitely would recommend them.

On the phone, their sales person told me troubleshooting would be $29 and then I'd get a quote. But once they showed up, the troubleshooting fee jumped immediately to $411. I called the sales person back to ask about this and he was quite pushy and condescending about it, fairly shouting at me that ""this is not some deal you can negotiate"". They ended up replacing one plug and one fuse. I can't complain too much because I did accept the price, but it feels like bait and switch, not ethical at all. Pass these guys by, or at least be prepared for their bait and switch pricing tactics.

This was an emergency electrical small fire in my home and this company was the first to answer my call and set up an appointment to check out the problem. Eric, the electrician, came to our home at the time of his appointment and immediately knew what was wrong. He fixed the problem in no time and I am grateful to his efficient and quick time to fix, because I had an appointment that I had to keep and could not cancel.

I would definitely recommend having Artin come out to do any and all of your electrical work. He was very thorough when he came for our consultation and gave us an estimate within 10 minutes. We had him do quite a range of work from installing electrical in our garage, adding recessed lighting, adding outlets, switching outlets, adding a ceiling fan, and exhaust fans. This took him 12 hours to complete and he wasn't leaving until it was all done. I will definitely be using United Electric and asking for Artin for any future electrical needs.
