Amazing service artin was the tech that came to my property we had partial power half our house was out with my grandparents visiting us we had to get it done the same night sure enough Artin fixed our panel in no time and there was no over time charge whats so ever

Charged me $400 for less than an hour of ""work"". I felt like I was going to a sleazy mechanic when he said it once took him two two days to find a problem as if that might justify the enormous bill I was about to get - this is after I told him where my issue was and my house is TINY. Yes, I did sign the paper instead of laughing at him and telling him to leave but I strongly you suggest finding someone else if your not as big a sucker as I am.

I never really took the time to put in a review for other places, this is actually my first Yelp review. But I definitely think United Plumbing Heating Air and Electric deserves one! Especially Arthur who's accommodated me twice! I have an ongoing problem about my electric and because of my short fuse it seems to cut my electric off quite frequently. So when I called their office they were polite and assure me that they'll be here at a certain time.

Love this place! They have great customer service, very punctual, and will fix your issues in a matter of no time! Arthur's helped me twice, I can not speak for the other workers but he's come to help me twice and in both times he's been very understanding and helpful with my electric. I feel kind of bad that I keep calling the company for the same issue. But if you need any sort of help w/ your plumbing, gas, or electric, you seriously would not regret this one.

Eric was the electrician that came out to assist with my electrical issue. He was on time, polite, and was able to fix the problem within a half hour. I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again.

I called on a Sunday and set up an appointment for Monday morning. The repairman came out to look at a ceiling fan installation. When I set up this appointment I stated clearly that the junction box was not attached to a stud and needed to be replaced. The repairman confirmed my statement and went to look in the attic. I informed him that I just had insulation blown in and that this wouldn't be an easy job. He then said that he couldn't do the job today and that he didn't know how long the project would take. It would be $110.00 an hour and that he would call to set up a time. I did not get a return call. I called the main office and they said they would follow up and call me back. Two days later and still no call. Completely unprofessional.

Amazing, amazing, amazing company and technician!
A fire at the Edison plant by my surged my entire circuit breaker when the power went out. Within an hour of me calling the company, Martik G was at my door... on a saturday evening! He went over my circuit breaker, and then showed me what was going and all the reading so I knew why and what needed to be replaced. I originally was just going to have him replace the 5 that were completely dead. But after he installed them, we talked and all the others were functioning at about 30%. He called the company and worked out a deal for me to replace everything at a HUGE discount. I didn't even have to ask, and he didn't pressure me to replace things, he just kept me informed.
He and his partner Raz made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing the entire time, they never did anything without explaining it to me first. They even vacuumed and cleaned the entire system without me asking! When he left for a bit to get a part we needed, he called me from the shop so I would know exactly what he was getting and when he would be back.
They checked every plug and light in my house before they left, making sure there would be no issues for me in the future. If I ever need anything done again, I am definitely giving him a call.

Where do I start Martik is the most detailed worker I have ever seen this guy took his time and did and amazing and clean job my house actually looks better after having a technician in it. Usually it's the other way around. Anyway Martik installed our tvs and even showed me how to use a few things

I did quite a bit of research before calling these guys to do some work on my dad's house. From the 4 companies I called, United had the lowest rates - that made me nervous that the service would be compromised but NOT AT ALL. Arthur showed up at our door in an hour, he was young but very knowledgeable and professional. He got to work right away, repairing the burned outlet and the damage it had caused to the wiring. No problems ever since he left. I'd definitely call this company for future jobs, but reading some of these other reviews (1 stars!) I'm going to request this specific technician again. I hope they have only 1 Arthur cause I didn't catch his last name!
