I would like to give 5 stars but I'm shaving off a star since they arrived late, otherwise Manny and his associate were great! He was friendly and professional and fixed the problem very quickly.

Very poor service. The technician ""MANNY"" was rude and sexist; treated me poorly and made rude comments about me being a women ""little girl"" and continuously laughed at my comments and questions. If my husband were there I doubt he would have been treating me the way he was. He left the job site despite his manager on the phone telling him to wait for him to call back. Look for services else where. Huge disconnect from customer service line and the service actually being provided.

Such amazing service. Jeremiah came out and was super helpful. He was knowledgeable and made asking questions easy because I didn't feel dumb for not knowing. My system is older but he didn't push to buy new and explained my options in real money terms which was so much nicer than than other companies friends have worked with. Great company all around. Our air conditioning decided to stop working one night after business hours and it was such a hot night. United was the only company we could get in contact with that came out after hours to check out our issue. We have a 10 month old and they made her a priority which eased our minds. Jay was very professional and upfront with us. Unfortunately we needed an entire new unit but they worked with us to stay within our price range. And they were able to come out the next day! Thank you Jerry C. for installing it so quickly and efficiently for us.

Would not recommend. Called United Electric when we lost power to a room.. they came in and miss diagnosed the problem as problem with circuit breakers.. charged $675 for that..
Had to call a different electrician to fix the actual problem..

Seems like some other reviewers had similar experience too..

Definitely would not take the risk of calling them again..

I called United in a panic yesterday, my water heater was leaking and we had just listed our house for sale and had showing scheduled. Alex answered the phone and I explained the situation to him. He had Lorenzo call me and discuss the problem and then scheduled a time for a few hours later to come and replace the heater. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He installed the heater with no problems and we were using hot water again in the evening. The price was as quoted and there were no surprises with the repair. I highly recommend United and would use them again!

Jessie was very knowledgeable and attentive. He took his time and was very kind, polite, and well mannered. Not only did he inspect heat and air but he was able to provide insight on energy efficiency in many different areaa of the home. He provided multiple estimates so that I know the cost and work involved in wherever option I choose whether it be restoring or replacement. I will never forget mu experience with this company and will be forever grateful to Jessie for providing his expertise and assistance.

I contacted United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric because we were having electrical issues. James ""Ryan"" Keatly came out and was so helpful and professional. We ended up needing a new main breaker and panel. James went over all our options and prices to see what suited our needs best. When it came time to do the job he was very fast and efficient. He was such a pleasure to work with, we will definitely be contacting him in the future for any future electrical work.
