Isaiha and Jason came and fixed several things: a toilet seat that needed to be reattached, a shower faucet handle that needed adjusting and they replaced my Hot Water dispenser that was leaking. Isaiah also checked the water pressure in the house to make sure it was good. They were very professional and nice.

Well what they don't tell you you don't pay them by the hour you will pay by the job. I have outlet out in various parts of the house. They suggested I replace some plugs and switches for $2500 and that may fix it. I would estimate that would.take about 3 -4 hours to do. So if you deducted the $100 in parts they charge 700-$800 per hour plus to work on your house.

United is great. We had many electrical issues when moved in 5 years ago. They did a wonderful job. Thought we had a air conditioner problem. They came out and told us we had a pipe leak. No charge because we were return customers. Nice surprise.

Horrible. They gave me a time slot of 10am to 12pm. I called them at 9:30 to confirm and they said they had an emergency to attend to and that they were going to be late. I called back at 1pm to see the status and they said someone called to reschedule. I didn't get any calls. I took the day off of work so I could be here when they said they would be here. They wasted my entire day. I cancelled the entire thing. Can't imagine what their work would be like if they can't even schedule appointments.

I had an appointment this morning for an estimate between 9:30 & 11am. I built my entire day's schedule around this appointment and then at 10:15 they called to tell me they needed to reschedule. Very disappointing!

Loved that they showed up as promised and gave a quote within minutes that was reasonably affordable for the project and timeframe we needed it to be complete. Would use again and would recommend to others if you need someone in an emergency.
