I worked with teo, who was very professional. So were others who were very responsive to questions via text.

Re-installed a water heater vent pipe with Type 2 to meet code compliance.
Plumbing Costs were neither cheap nor pricey but competitive.
He also agreed to fix code violations free of charge.
The city inspector when he came home instantly approved the plumbing work!
I would work with them again.

Fast response time. Understanding, thoughtful communication. I contacted United when my toilet started to run around 5:30PM. Although they didn't have availability that same evening, once they heard how I was worried about the amount of water I was losing, they got someone out within the hour. They provided a quick, fair quote and excellent quality service.

United HVAC was able to reply to my Thursday night urgent request and send a technician as soon as Friday. Serge did a great job cleaning out the clogged kitchen sink. The clog happened very far in the pipe and Serge had to use a larger snake to unclog it. Throughout the visit, Serge is very professional, ask for permission each single step, and commute well. He is very responsible and professional. Because the clog is very difficult to get to, the job took several hours to finish, and they honored their original estimate provided over the phone. Unlike other providers who insist on only providing quotes after a visit (which is really inconvenient for an emergent drain issue), I highly appreciated they were able to provide a price estimate up front.

Had an urgent need to have a drain clog fixed late in the day. United Plumbing responded almost immediately and was able to get a tech out the next morning to fix the problem. Even though everything was fine when the tech left, the clog somehow reappeared later in the day. United sent another tech the same evening who was able to resolve the issue. Overall great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff; will certainly use them again in the future.

SanS - one of the cool guy I have ever met. I will be a returning customer from now on just because of him. He did the drain cleaning, garbage disposable replacement and toilet wax ring. Ultra efficient, cleaning up the mess after the job was done, made sure there are no leaks, explained, not in a hurry attitude at the same time correct utilization of the time, didn't try to sell me anything - wasn't pushy, did some free inspection, etc etc ..

All in all, you guys should hire more people like SanS, I am super impressed. I would give 10 out of 5 just because of this guy

United Pluming, WOW. You've found the BEST plumbing service--look no further. United Plumbing is quite impressive!

To be honest, I could not have asked for greater service, let alone a lower quote, from any other business.

I had a company come out the day prior before reading up on United Plumbing. They came out and I informed them of the issue. After their assessment, they said they would have to take out some drywall, replace the pipe with a bigger one, and also replace a crushed pipe. They said that there would be no other option for my pipes to clear. Not to mention $2100
That's not accurate, I told them; three years ago, all the pipes underneath the home were replaced. It goes without saying that I said ""thank you,"" but not ""no.""

Using Yelp, I chose to read up on United Plumbing and went through all of the amazing reviews. I made a call, and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. I was given two quotes; snaking from the ground level and if required from the roof.

The technicians arrived promptly. Although there was a slight language barrier, I still understood exactly what was being communicated. The technicians were both courteous and professional. They immediately identified the problem and confirmed the pipes did not need to be replaced, nor were there any pipes crushed.
The technician Surge was the one I dealt with the most; he was incredibly detailed in his work and produced excellent results. What a pleasure to work with a honest business and receive quality service. I was informed that my P-trap needed to be replaced since it was old and wasn't installed correctly. They fixed it for a very affordable fee. I'm overjoyed beyond measure.

The customer service is exceptional also. They informed me when the technicians were on their way. Kept in touch during the service and upon completion.

I have used United plumbing twice now. I will hire them again instantly. They stand behind their quality and are excellent plumbing company.

The first time I had an underground pipe burst in the garage causing a major leak. I called many plumbing companies, all licensed and top reviews, United was the one who came out the soonest and actually provided the most reasonable quote. The work involved adding new copper pipes in the garage ceiling and bypassing the underground pipes altogether. They gave me a next day appointment and finished the job in 8 hours including patching the ceiling.

Next time I called them for drain cleaning in the shower. Unfortunately this time my ptrap was broken in the cleaning process. I called them, the guy came back in an hour and found the proken pipe and replaced the ptrap. They didn't charge me for additional work.
