Our water heater broke and we needed some one to fix it urgently. I called United Plumbing on a friend's recommendation. They were very responsive. I sent them some pictures of the broken water heater and they were able to give me a free quote which was better than what others were quoting. We got a tankless water heater. The replacement was done promptly and efficiently. We are very happy with the work.

Overall great experiences with United Plumbing, I noticed my washer drain is clogged, called for help at 5pm, then Bob and Saba came here at around 6:20pm. They are super friendly and helpful, put in a lot of hard work to fix the issue for me, returned everything to original place and cleaned the washer surfaces as well.

Our water heater broke down and Bella came the same day after I reached out on yelp. She thoroughly explained why repairing isn't a good idea and the replacement options. We asked thrice if everything was upto code and she checked and assured that everything was good except for missing drain pan. She had explained that it is not necessary per code in our city to route the drain pipe outside the house but some inspector may ask for it. We hired them even though their quote was expensive, had other plumber recommendations from Nextdoor, as Bella assured 6 years warranty including labor and told how responsive they are.

They came the same afternoon and got the water heater installed. Bella had mentioned that she'd send a technician on the day of inspection but no one showed up and the permit needed a correction. Since Bella was on vacation, we had a lot of miscommunication with the other person who took over. But Marat (the COO) stepped in and things couldn't have been better. He took responsibility for his employees and was extremely courteous and fair. He personally visited to take a look at the issue with one his plumbers and scheduled the correction right away.

I called on Sunday morning with a plumbing issue to do with my dishwasher. We had a problem with water gushing out of the pipes. Anton came in within the timeframe they suggested and repaired the issue. Anton was great, he was efficient and knowledgeable.
