They came on time for the free estimate, I asked if they have time to install the tankless water heater during that time, they did and after 3 hours, the water heater was installed, they even went to Home depot for a part that I did not have.
The water hear was in the attic and it's tied up there, the previous plumber wanted to charge me $500 extra because of that. Umed and Oleg had no problem working in the attic.

After my call, they texted me an appt confirmation and service person's name, which was a great. Service person showed up within an hour, was super courteous, fixed the problem quickly, and left no mess. Saved me from having to book a hotel room on Sunday night.
