After lots of research and quotes I decided to work with United plumbing to replace water heater and water softener. It came out to be my great choice!
Bella was my project coordinator, she was very responsive and warm heart. She also gave me suggestion on choosing water softener models so it can fit in my cabinet where the old system installed. Dmitriy was my technician who did the installation on both water heater and water softener. I finally switched from my 19years old gas water heater to hybrid water heater and the system works great! I'm happy with my experience and will chose United plumbing again for my next plumbing project.

Our kitchen pipe was clogged. We called 2 other plumbing companies, they couldn't run their big commercial snakes as the pipe from clear outlet was small and it couldn't go in, they told us only option was replacing the pipe, which is a very expensive project. My husband called united plumbing, they came within few hours. They also tried the similar was and it didn't work but they he ran the snake through vent from the roof and it cleared the clog. We were so happy with their service. We have already recommend them to many of our friends and we will be calling them for any plumbing need in the future. Very highly recommended!

Even though they couldn't fix my issue I'm still giving them 5 stars for these reasons:
- super responsive all the time, whenever you have a question there is someone to help
- very on time and professional, my technician, Alexander, worked super hard and did everything to fix my issue
- they really offer one month warranty, my issue came back after 3 weeks, once called them to complain, Alexander was back in my driveway in 3 hrs on a Saturday afternoon

We purchased a home constructed in 1958 and worked with United Plumbing to replace all of the original galvanized and cast iron pipes and connections underneath the house, to install a two-way clean-out, and to address several smaller plumbing issues inside of the house. The price for the service was competitive with other quotes we received and Tony, our technician, was excellent - friendly, thorough, punctual, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is also very flexible and responsive at all hours. Overall, it was an excellent experience working with Tony and United Plumbing.

By far the best experience I had dealing with technicians.
Umed and Oleg were punctual, friendly, and very quick.
They came on time for the free estimate, I asked if they have time to install the tankless water heater during that time, they did and after 3 hours, the water heater was installed, they even went to Home depot for a part that I did not have.
The water hear was in the attic and it's tied up there, the previous plumber wanted to charge me $500 extra because of that. Umed and Oleg had no problem working in the attic.
