Den. B called to apologize and asked to make things right. He knew I had 2 leaking bathroom faucets and insisted that he replace them for free. I agreed and also asked him to put in a kitchen faucet, which I paid for. There was a small leak under one of the sinks and he came back and fixed it quickly the next day. I believe that I could now call him to fix my plumbing without any more problems.

We had an emergency with broken toilet flush system that would permanently leak water so we had to shut off water supply and coincidentally food disposal stopped working the same day.

- were able to provide estimate without ""Please call us back and let's talk it over"". I don't understand why other companies can't provide an estimate for work they should've done a dozen times before. Replace toilet flush? Replace food disposal?
- were able to communicate via messages on Yelp prior to a call. Other companies were asking me for a phone and details. Messaging is way easier than talking over the phone if you have work to do.
- sent a specialist the same day to help with our problem. Den was able to arrive only around 7pm and stayed repairing things until around 9pm which is clearly after hours, so thanks on that

They showed all professional courtesy's and precautions. Eugene was fabulous, and the price was precisely what was quoted. They were low price, and high quality. We had them install a second toilet, encore performance! I have them on my speed dial, for any plumbing needs, as they arise!

I had 2 slow draining tubs and these guys figured it out in mins and took care of the job. But I think what's most important is how they treated us a customers.

1. They listened and understood the problem
2. They were sensitive to our safety (wore masks and shoe covers)
3. They recapped the issue and walked us through the payment process.

Also kudos to the gentleman who played with my nosy 3 year old son. He's a handful but appreciate that you didn't lose your cool.

We had a major water leak that was outside and under our driveway. 5 Star Plumbing did an amazing job finding the leak. They did their best to minimize damage while trying to find the leak.

I was impressed that the cut was clean and not just jacked hammered the concrete.

It took them about 4.5 hours to fix it and we tested by shutting the house valve and checking if the water meter was still spinning. And it was no longer spinning.

I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing. They were professional and courteous. I would use them again.
