Very professional. Most of the work was done in one day. The arrangement of the panels was planned for both efficiency and appearance. We'll recover the cost in just a few years, and look forward to eliminating the monthly electric bill as we move into retirement. United is great! 2nd time back. They upgraded my new electrical Panel to a 200 amp. Then I had them back to for my new hot tub. Upfront and will walk you through the process and permits over the phone if you were interesting in knowing how to do it like I was thinking I would just do it. Jon and Miguel were great. Will call them back when it's time to remodel.

Lost power last week and generator came on immediately, ran until power restored and then turned off just as expected. Jonathan very responsive to my questions. Everything that Jason and the crew at United Electric have done for us from explaining the solar panels and system to finding a roofer that would work on our steep A-frame cabin has been done with the utmost professionalism and respect. He walked us through the entire process so we would know what to expect, ours is not an easy job with five power poles to combine into one system. We had a plumbing emergency and this company went out of their way to help us, even though our service request came in last minute, toward the end of their workday. The other plumbing companies we reached out to weren't willing to help in our ""crunch."" This company did - we totally felt their concern for us. In the evening after their regular appointments had ended, they could have called it a day. But instead, they articulated they wanted to make sure we were taken care of and didn't want us to go overnight without access to water (we had to keep our main water line turned off)! We so much appreciated their care & compassion during our crisis! Their care, concern, and commitment was so refreshing! They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We will now ALWAYS contact them first for any future plumbing needs!

Was referred to them by Home Depot. Initially they were VERY responsive and arranged for a senior electrician to come out to look at the project and provide an estimate. Lots of automated communication from them and spent the better part of an hour going through the project. Well 10 days later never heard from them again.

Why bother responding people?! If you weren't interested, say so.

I highly reccomend this professional and efficient company. Jon came to our home and made a very accurate accesmemt on installing a ground mounted solar setup. Of all the quotes we recieved United was the only company that really took the time to understand and provide accurate suggestions based on our unusual landscape. Jesse and his team were very diligent during the installation process even coming in on weekends to make sure the project would stay on track when issues would arise. If you are looking for a vendor that will walk what they talk then I reccomend United Electric as your choice.

Zero stars! Anyway, these guys are assholes. They don't finish jobs, they skirt paying for taxes, their guy Jesse hamstrings every thing he touches with his lack of management experience and utter buffoonery when it comes to electrical, they don't deliver in any way on taking care of their employees, nor do they finish jobs on time and under budget. I could go on. Do yourselves a favor and look up the settlements they've made for unfinished work, or previous workers' claims against them for illegal practices. They call themselves a family company. Nah. They care about what lines their family's pockets is all--not their client's satisfaction, adhering to federal law, performing quality work, or delivering adequate customer service. I've got better electricians to refer you to any day.
