My GC hired subcontracted with United Electric to do the electric in my house as part of an extensive renovation. The total job was around $70k (seventy THOUSAND!!). I was not around for the most part but was overall satisfied with work done. There was always the usual follow up to get an outlet fixed or dimmer corrected. Employees were always helpful and polite (jesse and other guys). However as soon as I started having warranty work the problems began. United installed, for example, an automatic closet light. This stopped working so I called them to repair. There guy came and said he needed to get some parts to repair - fine. I get a huge invoice. Same thing with a track light they installled. It stopped working. They fixed it and charged me. Mistakes can be made but when I disputed this very obvious work they offered that I pay 50% as a solution. I asked for the owner to call me but he did not even bother to try. Since then my General Contractor pays for a different electrician to come and take care of the little pieces of warranty work that was their responsiblity. As far as their work, there are still some problems with LED dimmers that were not properly installed but overall ok. As far as service, forget it...you are only worth what you spend TODAY!

Tim was the worst - only gave verbal estimate, then he billed for more and never disclosed or discussed. He also sat in driveway 45 on his cell with car running (trying to milk the job was my impression)- Office people are super! But the work was not up to par from him!!

I'm a licensed Realtor - a top producer as a matter of fact. I have the choice of calling any and all electricians for my clients and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Almost every house has an electrical issue and United Electric solves them all. They are prompt, polite, and most importantly, extremely competent and fair with their pricing. I always call United Electric for my own home, too, and have had several issues including an emergency and they were right there for me.

I actually used United Plumbing to install my home water filtration system. Jason was very polite, friendly and helpful and we are so happy with our water system. He was able to educate us about certain features of the filtration system and even our water pressure. If you need to hire a plumber for anything in your home, I highly recommend Jason and United Plumbing!

Tim was fantastic. He went above and beyond to re-do our wiring to accommodate new updated appliances. And it wasn't easy. It was extremely difficult due to lack of attic space and we were worried that we might have to return the oven and start all over but Tim was able to work around the issues despite major difficulties. And he maintained a wonderful positive 'Can Do' attitude throughout. We'll definitely use United Electric for all of our electrical needs in the future !

I talked with Bobby over the phone who scheduled an appointment for an electrician to come out the following day to take care of our power outage. Bobby was professional & pleasant to speak with. The Electrician Tim came out & was prompt & quick. He fixed our issue in 1 hour & did not even ask for payment right away. Bobby followed up the next day & said we can take care of the invoice via email with an affordable price. This business is now added to my list for whenever needed.
