We had a doorbell issue. Technician was on time (actually called a half hour before to let us know he was on his way), quickly diagnosed the problem, and then went to pick up parts that he did not have with him. Returned in 20 minutes and completed the repairs. He was very pleasant, professional and neat. Very good experience all around!
Daisy D.Horrible service! I have been waiting for over 6 weeks to get my pool heater fix. The technician has came by 4 times and every time he comes he says that a different part needs to be replaced. Unified Contractors never calls you back. They have horrible customer service and unless you call them to get a status they will absolutely do nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Please go elsewhere.

This company came out multiple times and literally fixed nothing. If this is who your home warranty sends out tell them you want a different company. I called the Friday before my Tuesday appointment to confirm (after coming out numerous times) that they were finally going to replace the my pool motor, they gave me a firm yes. When the repair man arrives he lets me know that they won't in fact be replacing it and that he has to get information from the motor to be able to order the parts needed. He had been to my house several times and never taken down the info!? It would take a week for the part and who knows how long for someone to come back and install it. Long story short this Company is ridiculous. I called someone else who picked up the part in a day. Do not use them. Do not allow your Home Warranty to send them out.
Janet H.I had a technician telling us we have no water flow while I see water. So he replaced the timer to fix the pump from shutting off. I've always had any technician called out for service check out with us before leaving giving us an update. The technician they sent out replaced the timer and left without making any effort to checkout with me. The timer was replaced and the problem still continues. I then called the service department about an hour after he arrived because I didnt see him on my property and they said he would not return because he is out of the area. Between Unified Contractors and the insurance company they are taking advantage of us. Be aware.
Ron S.BEWARE! This company needs to be reported to the BBB. I'm sorry for all of you who have had to deal with them as well as First American Home Warranty! Our pool pump is not working correctly and is not pumping. This guy comes out and tells us it's the timer and says he'll be back to finish the work! Now they are avoiding our calls. I call First American Home Warranty back and how convenient they don't cover the timer unless I create underground access!!! Shouldn't the contractor have showed me what that was so I could dig it up? Would have been helpful even though it's obvious the timer is not the issue. Don't worry I will be reporting both and if nothing else getting my deductible back. These 2 companies cannot continue to get away with this. I would suggest if you haven't already put in a bad google review to go with this one. With this many bad reviews how could anything stand up in court?
Carlos G.I have dealt with many contractors due to my home warranty company first america, This has been by far the worst company that has came to fix my pool, trust me If I could I would give them 0 stars, first they come up with the excuse that a part of my pool was overly tightened and therefore it wouldn't be covered because of excessive wear and tear, for what my warranty did cover my filter repair it took them 1 week to get the report to FAHW, and once they received my parts to be replaced they didn't give me a call to schedule the appointment right away, instead I called and asked them what was going on and the secretary told me that they have had my parts since 5 days ago, but for some reason hadn't called me! WOW horrible service STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE PROPERLY
Peggy L.Robert Peña came to repair a problem where all the electricity was out in one room of our home. Another company came out two days before and that electrician could not find the problem but said he would have to come back for a 5 hour appointment to cut into the walls to locate a burned out wire. His estimate was over $1,000 plus then we'd need to get someone to repair the walls.
Robert methodically tested things including opening up and testing each wall outlet until he discovered what was wrong. The fix was to replace a GFI. No cutting into walls. He took about 45 minutes to find the problem and then a short time to replace the faulty GFI!
The company gave me a 5 hour time slot but I received a call & text saying when he was on his way.
We recently had work done to our home and they did a great job. It was quick and was done in a professional manner. The technician Robert was knowledgeable and professional he provided us will excellent customer service, company is lucky to have him on their staff, I would definitely recommend this company.
Brutal. This place is a ZERO. Home warranty company requires I use them. A month later and still waiting on a simple repair. Technician came out twice, then cancelled twice. Customer service is sweet, of course, but completely useless. If you have any choice whatsoever, choose a different company.
