John and Ricky did an awesome job in installing my pendant light outlets! I had one utility light that's never used so I had it patched and the circuit used for my pendant lights over our kitchen island.

I sent a request to John tugman for a quote. He got back to me very quickly and came out to my house the same day. What another electrician told me was a big job John found what he had done an error and fix the problem for less money. He was very efficient, professional and friendly. He explained things as he went along where I could understand them without being condescending. I will have him out to do some other work that is not related to the original problem. I find him trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thanks John!

Wanted to add an update as John came back. After further troubleshooting he discovered that there was incorrect wiring in the house. Everything is corrected and I feel safe now. Additionally, he helped me word a complaint to the Home Warranty company to get some money back from them since they did not send someone that would do the job correctly. Thanks again John

Another electrician accidentally cuts the heating wires embedded in our popcorn ceiling while installing our whole house fan. He humbly admits repairing the cut wires is beyond his pay grade. He says a competent electrician should repair the cut wires to prevent the possibility of a fire in case the breaker fails. We are so fortunate to find Mr. Tugman who knows exactly what to do with this problem. He comes promptly at the appointed time, charges us exactly as he had quoted on the phone, and even replaces an old thermostat. Mr. Tugman earns our respect for his kindness and professionalism in his line of work. We are also grateful for the services of Mr. Tugman to the country as a US Army veteran. May God continue to bless him and his family as he provides his services to his clients.

This review is long overdue (sorry for the delay, Josh!)- like other reviewers have mentioned, my condo has radiant heat & it's difficult to find anyone who can fix it. I was referred to Tugman by a real estate agent who highly recommended him & he did not let me down! Within a few appointments, he was able to determine & fix the problem- and for a very reasonable price. I cannot believe I lived with broken system for so long; wish I had found him sooner! HIGHLY recommend. Hugest thanks, Josh!

I live in a condo that was built in 1962 with electrical radiant heat. I called so many electrician and none repairs this type. Josh was referred to me by one of the electrician I contacted. Josh is very good at what he does. He's very pleasant and knowledgeable. He knows his craft. I'm going to share his business cards to my neighbors also. Josh is very thorough. I can't say enough good things about Josh

1) Super straight shooter. Honest.
2) Very fair pricing.
3) Fixed my radiant heat in an hour. It had been out for 2 years. I had both a contractor AND and electrician look at it before and said it was likely a major repair job (so i just bought a couple plug in radiators) Josh took a look and had it fixed in an hour. Unreal.

I have already recommended him to everyone in my building cause our building is very old and I'm sure other apartments have the same issue as mine.
