Same-day call same-day service... Well beyond our expectations!! Had some trouble in a subpanel with and arcing (literally humming & buzzing) breaker, called and spoke with the owner (Mike)...he asked for a detailed description of the problem we were having. He then said that we had serious safety issue with this situation in our sub panel and said he would show up within the hour to take a look and diagnose but needed to call his current customer to make room for a quick service call to us us which was a huge relief. He was actually out in 25 minutes, shut off the main power and told us that he will be back to correct the problem when he was done with his pre-prescheduled appointment. Well, Mike was back just a couple hours later with parts in hand and had us back up and running and shipshape within the hour...even before my kids got home from school! Honest, fair, reliable, friendly are only a few words to describe the experience I had with this Co...beyond impressed and satisfied and thrilled that we now have a go to electrician for future needs and upgrades. Had a breaker that would not reset. Called and talked Mike. He had me take a picture of the circuit and ask several questions about how the circuit was tripped. Was able to help me correct the problem on the phone. Actually made me feel good that I corrected the problem. What can I say, that is the kind of people and company that all should aspire to be. I would strongly recommend this company to all of my friends and associates.

I had Mike return and put more lights in my ceiling. He was again very pleasant to deal with, quick to respond, extremely knowledgable, and his prices are very good. His recommendations for where to place the lights the ceiling were spot on.. He considered the angle at which the light leaves the fixture to get them the correct distance from the walls to make the light fall evenly. It transformed my living room from a cave into an extremely pleasant place to be. The lengths to which Mike will go to minimize holes in drywall are heroic. Left my house clean and much, much nicer. Let me start by saying Mike was AWESOME! My upstairs power went out over the 4th of July holiday weekend. I researched electricians near me and called about four different places. Not only did Mike respond almost immediately, but he also came by the same day, which was a Sunday. The issue was minor and didn't require any repairs, but he didn't charge anything even for the service call or his time.

He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working ok. That said, the other three vendors never returned my call and I have yet to hear from them. I'm a firm believer in networking and word of mouth, so if another incident comes up or someone I know needs an electrician, I will definitely send them to Tri-Phase Electric. Mike runs a top notch shop and goes above and beyond for his clients....THANK YOU!!!

We needed to add an outdoor outlet and switch to power some outdoor hanging lights. Mike did an awesome job and was very helpful with advice and various options. He's also very responsive when you call or text him. I'd definitely use him again.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. I asked him to install LED recessed lighting in our living room, and he was very knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. His work was very professional and clean (he recommended that we vacuum, but it was almost spotless when he left). We went with his recommendations on the placement with the lights, and we couldn't be happier.

The results are awesome and I recommend Tri-Phase Electric for anybody looking for an electrician.

My wife and I were very impressed with Mike. As stated in other reviews, he returned my call within 5 minutes. Two other electricians we have used in the past never returned my calls. Mike solved an overloaded circuit breaker problem and replaced some old light fixtures with lower energy ones. He always kept us updated regarding his arrival time. He is knowledgable, friendly, and creative. If you want the best service possible, call Mike. You won't regret it

We needed to upgrade the lighting in our office from fluorescent bulbs to LEDs. After searching Yelp and calling numerous places to find that most electricians were not qualified to work on commercial properties, we found Mike. He was responsive and came in for an estimate quickly. Mike's estimate was half the price of the other we received so we decided to move forward.

There were some delays in obtaining the specific LED bulbs we wanted, but that was not Mike's fault. When the bulbs finally arrived, he installed them throughout our entire office in two days.

We are extremely happy with the results! LED bulbs are brighter and whiter, which is exactly what we wanted. And though the bulbs were costly initially, we will save in energy costs in the long run.

I would definitely recommend Mike of Tri-Phase Electric! The job was done well.

I decided to call Tri-phase electric because of all the good reviews here on Yelp. Called on a Saturday and arranged for a meeting time and place. He seemed to be honest but he never showed up. So I decided to give the company another try. I emailed him a message that he can call me to meet at anytime and at the same place as before. He emailed that he would call. He never called or emailed.

This company deserves no stars.
