called for assistance with an issue with a tripped breaker. i been trying for about two hours to reset the breaker without any success. i had call my home warranty for assistance but they won't be able to come out until Monday and today was Friday. The room where the breaker was services my Internet and home office. I had to get to work immediately and I really needed this done ASAP.

Matthew answered the phone promptly explained to me the charges to come out today but before coming out he wanted to help me troubleshoot the issue remotely. Within five minutes we had the breaker up and running again. Great service by Matthew he was incredible and will definitely call them when I have another electrical issue or need. Thank you for answering the phone and being so professional

I helped my mother move from Chicago to Laguna and Tradesman Electric was very prompt in providing a quote. When we ordered a stackable washer/dryer we had to wait 3 months and were told that delivery would be the next day 8 times! Tradesman Electric was very understanding. Called Tradesman mid-morning to ask if they could install an outdoor outlet for my mom. (She bought a scooter and wants to charge it outside)
It's 230pm same day and she already has her new outlet!
Matt was quick to respond and schedule us, and Kenny, Ricardo and Alex were professional, personable and fast. We were joking that it was like they could read each other's minds, but it's kind of true- that's how efficiently they worked together.
The outlet looks great (and it works, of course) and, though they were drilling through walls, they didn't leave a trace of dust. They hooked up the charger to the scooter, and even moved my mom's (very heavy) planter for her, so her patio looks just right. I'll definitely call them for any electrical jobs we have in the future. An absolute pleasure doing business with them!

I called Tradesman electric yesterday and they were here today. Boom. Problem fixed. Other companies suggested weeks out and that just was not acceptable.
The person, Kenny, was personable but more importantly, knowledgeable.
They communicated to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time.
This was our first time using them, but not the last!

Kenny was on time, professional, and completed a kind of complicated project. We had our house pre-wired for an electric car a few years ago and the previous electrician didn't make it easy to complete this project, but Kenny was up to the task and got it done. Also took care of a bunch of recessed led trim that needed to be replaced. They matched it exactly to existing, good stuff.
