I called Tradesman electric yesterday and they were here today. Boom. Problem fixed. Other companies suggested weeks out and that just was not acceptable.
The person, Kenny, was personable but more importantly, knowledgeable.
They communicated to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time.
This was our first time using them, but not the last!

Kenny was on time, professional, and completed a kind of complicated project. We had our house pre-wired for an electric car a few years ago and the previous electrician didn't make it easy to complete this project, but Kenny was up to the task and got it done. Also took care of a bunch of recessed led trim that needed to be replaced. They matched it exactly to existing, good stuff.

Carl, Dennis and Kenny exceeded our expectations today with our panel upgrade. They coordinated with the City to obtain the necessary permits, as well as with SDGE to turn the power off and back on, all within the same day as the installation! They arrived on time, communicated clearly at all times and all three of them were professional, friendly and smart. The job site was kept spotless and organized at all times, and there was no trace of them having been here after the job was completed. We absolutely would recommend the Dana Point team of Tradesman Electric for any electrical project, big or small! Had a great experience with this company and their team. They were professional, courteous, flexible and patiently answered questioned and LISTENED. My wife and I couldn't be happier with their work. They replaced our electrical panel, reran some under spec'd wires (fire hazard) and installed recessed lights and fans in a number of rooms.

What I liked the most about Tradesman electric is that Tom, the owner, got back to me right away and gave an accurate estimate that was based on reviewing my pictures and thoroughly taking the time to discuss the job on the phone. He sent Alex, a licensed electrician, and another fellow -- forgot his name -- to hardwire under-cabinet lighting and install a dimmer switch next to an existing outlet. Together they figured out exactly what had to be done and completed the job in three hours. I was very happy with their work and would hire Tradesman again.
