I have worked with T & M twice now and highly recommend them. Once was a small emergency right before family was coming for the holiday's and they were able to fit me in same day and most importantly worked with me to fix the problem. The latest was for routine maintenance on my panel. I appreciated the time Tim took to show me the issues they found, explained my options, and most importantly fixed the failing components. A great experience and I trust I received the right advice for the best outcome.

I have had some electrical work done by T&M electric in the past, they were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I was pleased with their work, they don't look for short cuts or do shoddy work.
I called them and made an appointment, yes they are so good there was a wait, it was ok since it wasn't an emergency.
Today they were replacing two ceiling fans and putting in three new electrical outlets.
While they were doing the work for one of the new outlets they discovered an electrical cord that was frayed it was hazardous and could have caught fire. Wow! we are lucky that they found it.
Today Josh, Jordan and Cole did the work, It's sounds like it wasn't that much to do but they had to up to the attic drill the hole for the outlets. They removed two fake beams to install the new ceiling fans, it looks beautiful.
I highly recommend these guys, if you want the job done right.

Tim and his crew did an outstanding job taking out our old fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen and adding some in-ceiling cans, some hanging lights, a couple fans , and some other assorted repairs. He even arranged for the drywall guy to come in the next day to cover the hole where the florescent fixture was. His guys showed up on time and did all the repairs in even less time than forecast. All for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend calling him if you have any electrical work needing done.

James with T & M electric just took care of every single electrical issue I know about in my house, and they were many. From lights in the kitchen to switches and sockets in the bathrooms, bedroom, and garage - it's all taken care of! And in under two hours. Happily, I have a home warranty so it only cost me $75, but if their prices are as good as their service I don't doubt it would've been reasonable. And he came all the way out to Swansboro to do it! I wasn't given a choice of electrical company, but I have no hesitation in recommending T&M electric.

These guys replaced a breaker in the house I rent. The breakers are 50 plus years old and very unreliable so I asked that possibly they could replace them with something newer. I spoke with Tim on the phone who lied and told me that they had a refurbished breaker to replace it. They replaced it with another breaker pulled out of a customer's home that they replaced the fuse box on and sold it as refurbished. Then when it failed they told the property management company to charge me for it because my small 10 amp a/c unit that wasn't even plugged in on that circuit was supposedly the problem. Zero stars

This company did some electrical work for us last year. The work was done well but it took forever. They never return calls or emails. And their method of letting you know how much $$ you have to pay up front is insane. On the estimate are several numbers: pay a percentage of two numbers that you have to add up, pay a percentage of this number and all of this number. Just give me a total and I will pay it!
