Cannot possibly say how great this experience was. From the initial call, the girl that took my information down was great, she gave me a window that the owner would call. He called exactly when he was supposed to - and was able to get us on the calendar for just a few days later (our lucky day).

Today, Cole came out and was AMAZING. He immediately began trouble shooting and investigating our issue. It was very clear that he is a real problem solver, and up for a challenge. He got our issue resolved in a little less than an hour, and for a super fair price.

I am so excited to have found T&M, it's so great to know I have an electrical company that I can count on.

After unfortunately overloading a GFCI plug in our master bathroom, I went out to the panel to reset the breaker but found it had not tripped. Baffled, I sent a message to T&M Electronics through the company's website. Early the next business day, T&M returned my call. I explained the situation and later received a call from Tim, one of the owners. Tim asked me a series of questions to diagnose the problem. I could tell I was speaking with a very experienced electrician.

Tim gave me a time window to expect the arrival of Nick, an electrical technician. Nick arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He quickly discovered a faulty ground wire, likely the work of a previous whole-house fan contractor. Nick took the time to explain how the GFCI wiring configuration works and also inspected two other plugs on the same GFCI circuit. He was a pleasure to work with, explaining the cause and effect of wiring issues present in a home the age of ours. Nick's thoroughness led to discovering two breakers and two plugs needing replacement.

I was told the hourly rate before the work started, and I found the total expense well worth all the work done and the expertise of both Tim and Nick.

I appreciate the quick and thorough work T&M Electric did. I recommend them! Five Stars.

Found a GFCI in my house had stopped working. When we removed the plug, we found wires not capped and white wire used for hot. Large section of the house went through that GFCI. Called T & M and they responded within 2 hours of my call. Cole arrived and immediately dove into the problem and fixed everything in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and super polite. Was very pleased with the fair price. Thank you Cole!

Big thanks to T&M Electric for being available on very short notice when I needed a second opinion at a property while in escrow. Tim was thorough and explained everything he was seeing very clearly - thanks to his insight, we were equipped with a much better understanding of the electrical issues and what our options were for remediating them.

We ended up not purchasing that property, but are already planning to use T&M again on a different home in the area. Excellent service = five stars all around.

I had a couple of negative experiences with T & M electric, where (1) they changed electrical wiring that was not requested and not needed, and they did not provide an explanation for why it was needed (but billed me anyway), and (2) they provided a bid that seemed to have unnecessary additions, also without explanations. There was also a repair where the problem recurred not long after. I will not be using them again.

T& M did a fantastic job of helping make our home spa dream come true. My husband called them early on in the plan to get their advice on how to set up the project. After getting cement poured they arrived to set up the electric for our new spa. Josh (and Wyatt and James), arrived right on time. He ran a 220V and a 110V connection from our main breaker box to a location near the hot tub. He created a power switch to code at the location near the hot tub and then left plenty of wire to accommodate any angle of connection. Their work was so clean. Josh carefully wired around our existing storage pieces in the garage and then outside, along the exterior, under gutters, over other other facade pieces. When he was finished, it looked like it was integrated from day 1. The best thing was that even though our delivery date for the spa could not be worked out to coincide with our T&M appointment, Josh came back to the project the Friday before Memorial Day in the late afternoon to do the final hookup. It's perfect! We're so happy. Great guys, who know what they're doing. Thank you Josh, James and Wyatt!

Had Josh and Wyatt out to build a quote for some attic work. We also found some time to fix unsafe outlets at the same time for my and the neighbor's house! We were worried about these for different reasons (but related, both being original, 40 year old outlets!), and the guys left with us both fully up to code and safe. Huge complements to both! Couldn't ask for better service plus a very fair price.
