One of the hardest parts about a contracting project is finding contractors who will respond quickly. Good contractors stay busy and still find a way to respond to new inquiries. TLC was great and Luis was extremely fast with the job. They were able to show-up same day and came with masks for safety. My faucet had a very small leak after the work was completed, and Luis said he would come back to solve the issue. You can trust them to get the job done with great follow-up service if anything happens after.

We needed to have the old 70s wood paneling painted in our main livingroom. We contacted TLC Services for an estimate and Luis came out. He gave us a quote for the painting but discussed some lighting issues we had. That wasn't in our initial plan but he gave us such a fair price that we couldn't say no. We had a ceiling fan in the dining area that needed replacing and he took care of that too! Needless to say, my husband and I couldn't be happier with the work. From the electricians to the painters to Luis himself, everyone was super nice to work with. The whole job took about 2 1/2 days so not only was the price fair but it was done in a timely manner too!

One more thing I want to mention. Luis was EXCELLENT when it came to returning my texts and communicating everything up front when it came to the process and any issues that popped up along the way. (There's nothing worse than being hit with surprise charges at end.) I reappreciate him keeping us informed. Luis has great customer service skills and let me tell you. That goes a long way these days!! We will DEFINITELY be using TLC Services again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who will listen! Thank you so much!!!

I had plumbing installed, a new electric panel added and an outside wall replaced on an addition to my house. They had to work around a week and a half of rain and the first days of the COVID-19 virus! They kept me informed of delays. I just bought my first home, and it needed to be brought into the 2000s. So I contacted Luis and his crew to help me resurface the walls because there was this ugly texture from the 80s on it, paint it because it was so dark and Cave-like, and then add some recessed lighting and new trim. They totally blew me away with the finished product. My house looks like a brand new house even though it is 35 years old. They gave me exactly what I wanted and we're very professional. I enjoyed chatting and hanging out with the crew when they were working in my house and Luis listen to me and gave me suggestions on what I should do to improve the home. I am so in love with what they did... I will definitely call them to do some more work very soon. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Thank you so so much
