In 1982, Kelly Vaughn and a partner established ServiceFirst, which was later renamed The Service Company, Inc. (TSC). They founded TSC with values of excellence and dedication, methodically developing a faithful client base throughout East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy and her husband Ronnie is the next generation of Vaughns to run TSC, and she continues her father's high standards and dedication to his patrons.
