Established by the Vaughn family, our dedication to our community began 35 years ago, and it remains the core value on which we operate daily. Kelly Vaughn, along with a partner created ServiceFirst, Inc., which was later renamed The Service Company, Inc. (TSC). They built TSC on ideals of high standards and customer care, gradually developing a dedicated client base in East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy, together with her husband Ronnie, is the second generation of Vaughns to lead TSC, and she maintains her father's commitment and dedication to his patrons.
