Kelly Vaughn and a partner founded ServiceFirst, which was later renamed TSC. They built TSC with values of high standards and customer care, methodically developing a dedicated client base throughout East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy, along with her husband Ronnie, represents the following generation of Vaughns to run TSC, and she maintains her father's values and devotion to his customers.
