Kelly Vaughn and a partner established ServiceFirst, Inc., later rebranded as The Service Company. They founded TSC on principles of high standards and service, methodically growing a dedicated client base in East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy and her husband Ronnie is the next generation of Vaughns to lead TSC, and she continues her father's commitment and devotion to his clients.
