Kelly Vaughn, along with a partner founded ServiceFirst, Inc., and subsequently changed to The Service Company. They founded TSC with values of high standards and service, gradually developing a faithful client base across East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy, along with her husband Ronnie, is the second generation of Vaughns to run TSC, and she upholds her father's high standards and dedication to his customers.
