I started this venture after a general contractor provided me the opportunity to establish my own company, resulting in my designing and constructing all the Sunset Tanning Salons, as well as KFC restaurants and many small restaurants in the valley, Los Angeles, and the San Gabriel Valley. With over two decades of industry experience in residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.

As a father raising three boys, I started this business to teach my sons the importance of hard work and the value of a dollar. Along the way, I have also learned the importance of honesty and the benefits of dedication not only in financial gain but through customer loyalty that form the foundation of this company.
