My journey began after a general contractor provided me the opportunity to establish my own company, resulting in my designing and constructing the Sunset Tanning Salons, including KFC outlets and various local dining establishments across the valley, in Los Angeles, and throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Having 22 years of professional experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

As a single father of three boys, I started this business to teach my sons the significance of diligence and earning a living. Throughout this journey, I realized the value of integrity and the benefits of dedication not just in monetary terms, but through loyal customers that support the core of our company.
