We are a family-owned and operated business. My journey began thanks to a general contractor offered me the chance to build my own enterprise, resulting in my designing and constructing the Sunset Tanning Salons, along with KFC locations and various local dining establishments throughout the valley, Los Angeles, and San Gabriel Valley. Having 22 years of industry experience in the fields of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating for homes, businesses, and industries.

Being a single dad to three sons, I established my firm to instill in my boys the significance of diligence and earning a living. Throughout this journey, I have also learned the importance of honesty and the benefits of dedication not merely in income, but in building lasting relationships with clients that are the backbone of this business.
