Jeff and his team came out to replace some lights and a circuit board for our malfunctioning kitchen hood. They spent almost an hour trying to figure it out, without luck. Well, after chatting with the manufacturer, it turns out they had sent the wrong product, and it didn't even need a circuit board replacement. I felt so bad that Jeff wasted all his time on this mistake that I offered him some money anyway. He refused. He also gave me advice on how to replace my specific kind of outlets, not even bothering to try to get more business. Stand up dude and great electrician!

Needed to upgrade my electric panel that dated back to 1926. Electricians are very busy right now but these guys were worth the wait. Once we got the right paperwork from DWP Jeff and crew showed up for a surprisingly complicated job with 12 breakers. Job finished in a day and first-class all the way. They showed up on time on the dot and were friendly and did not mess around. Very happy with result including upgrade that can handle solar or an electric car.

I wanted a new GFI outlet on a tiled bathroom wall. Jeff didn't want to cut the tile, and neither did I. He suggested that I hire a tile guy to find the right place and make the cut, but the tile guy didn't know either. So, I scrapped the whole idea.

The upside - Jeff was cool, and he did not charge me for his time.

I just used Jeff/The Electrician Magician for the second time, and he and his employees did excellent work both times. Jeff provided an estimate and was very clear in his communications about the job. He and his workers were on time, efficient and friendly, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. And I was very pleased with the final cost, which was consistent with the estimate range but cheaper than I expected (unusual for this type of service). I highly recommend Jeff and his team and routinely refer him to others. The only issue is that Jeff is so good that he's very busy, so he is often booked for a couple of months out for non-emergency work. This is a good thing for him and reflects the quality of his work. If I could give Jeff and his team more than 5 stars I would. They did an excellent job on our 1926 Spanish Colonial house with a very small crawl space and attic space. His estimate was accurate and work completed on time as promised. His attention to detail was amazing. He fixed numerous problems created by previous unscrupulous contractors. Could not recommend more highly.
