WOWWW! I scheduled an appointment for today from 9-11. I called at 9:30am to make sure someone was definitely coming, since I have one day to do inspections, and the receptionist said she didn't see my appointment and she'd call me back. When I hadn't heard from anyone 45 minutes later, I called again (at 10:15) to make sure I did indeed have an appointment scheduled for today. The receptionist said she'd call me back. When I STILL hadn't heard from anyone at 10:56 I called back and said I'd like to cancel my appointment (if I even had one?) because there was no way someone was going to get there by 11am and I was going to book someone else.
I understand people run late, and if that had been communicated, oh I dunno, maybe ONCE at any point we might have been able to work something out.
First off, the receptionist kept hanging up on me when I tried calling back. When she finally picked up she said ""you have nothing better to do than to call us back??"" Haha ummm nope guess I don't! Then the owner calls me and calls me a ""fucking bitch with no respect!"" because I ""cancelled"" my appointment. Actually no, sir, you cancelled the appointment by not showing up during the agreed upon time. Technically you would be the ""fucking bitch"" in this situation. Merry Christmas and kiss my pregnant ass!

This is a way past due review. Jeff has been our electrician for about 6 years now and we have never been disappointed. He updated our electrical panel recently and has done so much in the house too. He is always coming out of his way to help. He is honest, knowledgable, and so is his crew. Jeff is just the best!

We have more work to be done inside, so once we feel comfortable allowing others in the house, we're definitely going to rehire him!

Jeff is a homeowner's dream. Jeff has worked on my home for the past twenty years. He most recently rewired my 1920's home and did an excellent job at a fair price. He and his crew cleaned up after their work each day and completed the job quickly. He even was able to wire the house for security and WiFi at the last second. Jeff also had recommendations for additional inexpensive upgrades I could make while my home was being remodeled. I appreciated his honesty regarding more expensive projects I had in mind that could be postponed, such as adding a car charger in the garage and electricity to a utility room, which would be more invasive, requiring removal of brickwork. You will not regret hiring Jeff for any of your electrical needs.

Today was a day I'd long awaited, having an electrician here to install a new light/fan fixture in our master bedroom. I used a referral from a neighbor to hire Jeff, and to my absolute delight, the Electrician Magician came today, as scheduled, to do the job. We had some additional breaker issues to be dealt with as well, and along with his assistant, Jeff was extremely professional, highly capable, friendly, courteous and reasonably priced!! They cleaned everything up, and did a superb job all the way around. I highly recommend The Electrician Magician to all.

Jeff and crew have worked twice at my house. I'm extremely happy with the work both times and will continue to call for all of my electrical needs. Jeff is knowledgeable and professional, showing up on time to confirm the work being done. He makes sure I understand how the work will be done, and provides an accurate estimate for how long the job will take.

Jeff and his team installed a new 200 amp panel in one day, working into the night to make sure the job was complete, breakers labeled, and the job site clean. He even came back the next morning to sweep up and be sure they didn't miss anything in the dark. The city inspector made it a point to compliment their work, saying it was obvious this was a team who cares about their craft. I couldn't agree more.

I will always recommend The Electrician Magician to friends and family. This is truly the best experience I've had with a contractor, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I've been meaning to post for a couple of weeks, but got busy. Sorry, Jeff. But I had to stop and finally take a minute to say if you use this company, you will not be disappointed. Jeff helped with with an issue over the phone, whereas most electricians would have made a house call, then charged a lot of money. Jeff asked me a few questions, figured out the issue, told me what to buy, then told me to call him back if it didn't work... But it worked! So I never met Jeff, but I'm telling everyone to hire him because he's the best!
