I called on a Saturday morning for what I thought was one faulty breaker late the previous night. it wasn't tripped but I had no power to parts of my garage. I thought I checked everything - outlets, breaker box, the fridge, damage from the storm. When I called (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!) she reminded me to look for the GFCI in the garage. And there it was. I pushed reset and power restored. I truly appreciate her help. I was tired and stressed having not slept and she was calm and helpful and saved me money and a wasted trip for her serviceman. Will definitely recommend and call TE for any future need.

My husband and I recently had an issue with out HVAC unit and contacted TE Certified for assistance. Our HVAC Tech, Albert Nah, who responded was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, taking his time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain the necessary repairs in detail. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he efficiently repaired the unit, ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before he left.

They replaced my furnace blower motor and charged me $1,575. I estimate the motor cost around $600, which means the labor charge was about $1,000 for three hours of work.

Additionally, I've heard a second-hand report that they recommended replacing the entire system when the actual issue was just a $17 capacitor.

Get a second estimate before selecting the company.
