We had an intermittent blockage combined with a sewer odor in one of our bathrooms. We made an appt. with TE and had to wait 4 days (due to virus crisis??). Anyhow, Tech (Jesse) came, inspected this toilet plus the sewer lines and out other bathrooms. He advised us what (probably) was causing the problem and what to do about it. We appreciated his candor. Also, he did not charge for the diagnosis.
The office called us to advise when the tech was arriving, which was well within the original timeframe of the appointment.

I had a few small tasks that I needed help with- troubleshooting a fixture that didn't work and installing a ceiling fan. William was prompt, efficient and very friendly. He gave me an estimate on these as well as some other larger tasks needed in my older home. I gave him the okay on the two and he completed them in record time. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else needing work. I learned the also do plumbing and HVAC - no shopping around needed!!

Had TE quote 5 items related to a home inspection as part of a sale. The short of it is the technicians were either poorly trained or extremely dishonest.

Across the board the TE quote was significantly higher and involved more expansive repairs than what we received from the other two companies on all 5 items. The degree higher was 2-3x.

On top of being more expensive, the technician told me that I had aluminum wiring and that the entire house needed to be re-wired (I did not have aluminum wiring as confirmed by 2 other Certified Electricians).

Their total estimate to remedy every item on the inspection report was a laughable $24,200.

The other two quotes from reputable and certified electricians were under $1,000.

Would not recommend.

TE Certified is not making AC seasonal maintenance service appointments. You are just put on a standby-by waiting list for when they have time. This does not work for me.

Air Conditioning in GA is an essential. When we noticed ours wasn't getting cold a month or so ago we were in no rush, we thought it was just Freon and we could get it done. Come to find out our entire unit needed to be replaced! I'm so grateful for TE and the work they did for us. I'm sitting in a cool house right now!

Company: A+... the office called us to set an appt date for a free estimate. At the time of our appt window we got a text with a PICTURE and short bio on our technician! I thought this was great to know who I was going to see when I opened the door! We received the same treatment on the day of our install!

Technician: Joey is A+++++. He called 30 min ahead, arrived at the time he stated, did a thorough assessment and even tried his hardest to fix our 30yr old unit! We told him money was tight and he didn't try to upsell! He did give us options if we could finance a larger number, but there was no pressure to buy above the basic if that was what we needed! Friendly, hard-working, and honest. I like that a lot.

Service/pricing: Joey quote, even for the higher end options, were $2000 LESS than another quote we received from another company that barely glanced at our system. The service was impeccable! They wore masks and observed the distancing/no handshaking that is needed right now. We had a quote late Thursday night. We have AC Monday afternoon (we could have had it Friday but we couldn't figure out the money end until Friday afternoon).

Joey knew how badly we needed a new system and they did everything they could to get it done.

Thank you TE and especially Joey! We will be in touch for the other items we'll need to have done down the line.

We hired TE to install two sconces in our home office. Communication and scheduling was a breeze, and our technician, Chris, arrived as-scheduled. The project quote was very competitive. The job itself ended up being more complicated than we had anticipated, but Chris communicated our options clearly, and was diligent in trying to be the least disruptive to add the switch and run the wire. He ended up having to cut a fair amount of drywall, but replaced and patched it, and made our post-install repair process seamless. Even though the job took longer than planned and was more complex, we paid the original amount quoted. Overall- the team is professional, courteous, and skilled. Highly recommend and will be supporting them in the future.

The TE Certified technician, JR, called 30 before arriving ON TIME. He was extremely professional and polite. He wore covers on his shoes, had a face mask and wore gloves. He replaced our disposal in about 30 minutes and the price was SIGNIFICANTLY less than other quotes I received. I will call TE Certified for anything plumbing needs we have in the future. Great Service experience!
