I choose TE Certified to help with my HVAC issue. They were super responsive and had a technician, Jeremiah, out to assess the problem within a day. Jeremiah was efficient and friendly, and was able to resolve the problems with my system the same day as the assessment. I would definitely recommend TE Certified - they will be my first choice if we ever have similar issues in the future.

When the electrician quoted the price it was extremely high for such a simple and quick job, but I asked him to do the work anyway because it was a pleasure (and comforting) to have such a professional and friendly person in my home. In short, this is not the company to hire if you want the least expensive service, but if my experience is typical, you can feel good about having them work in your house, and to me, that is worth something.

So, renovations never go perfectly smoothly. During our kitchen renovation, I already had a different electrician scheduled to run a cooktop line from the circuit box. Then Murphy's Law kicked in. The tile installer's saw screwed up other important house wiring. When that original electrican couldn't come out sooner, I searched Yelp and found TE Certified.

Saved the day! They sent a well qualified and friendly electrician the very next day. He did a great job troubleshooting and resolving the wonky wiring problem. That made us confident enough to ask for a quote on the cooktop work. It was reasonable, so we had him stay for the afternoon and do that too, which went great. So glad to have everything done in one day. Will happily use them again in the future.

One point to note, they do offer a small gift card for reviews. Didn't take them up on it. Good review because this was quick, professional, high-quality work at a reasonable cost.

I found TE Certified for repairing the cooling problem, and although the problem can't solve (the AC is surprisingly 20 y/o), I feel so glad that I found the service that made me fully trust. Jonathan was so gentle and carefully examined every part of the AC system. He explained the issue in a simple way. The following technician, Matt, was also gentle, charming, and willing to negotiate with the landlord for us. It's super worthy to have the service! High recommend!!!
