Very transparent. He would show pictures of everything he's looked at, and explain the places he wants to troubleshoot next and how he'll do that. I felt very confident in paying the money needed to replace the parts that he identified were the issues. It was a hard issue and he stayed as long as needed until seeing it through to a solution.

I called to schedule an appointment for my HVAC preventative maintenance for the warmer months ahead of us.Their employee who answered my call told me ""we won't be scheduling preventative maintenance service until SEPTEMBER"" This is April.

I've used this company for my electrical work before they started doing plumbing and HVAC. The bigger these companies get. The worst they become.

I guess it's safe to say there isn't enough money to be made in the preventative stage. Call us when your shit actual breaks. Once they hit their slow season.They'll send you coupons for promotions.No thank you.

My response to the owner response: Go and help the community that you service. Out here chasing down customer reviews. Do better.

Used for HVAC service. Great customer service, friendly, good communication, stayed on the job until all issues were addressed. Would recommend. Rating would be 5 stars if the cost were lower.

I have used TE Certified electrical, now this is the first time using the TE Certified Heating & Cooling group. Excellent experience for maintenance and inspection of my two units. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and very polite. He also was able to answer all my many questions and provided great recommendations. I highly recommend this company and their HVAC service!

TE plumber ""accidentally"" broke the SPVC water line to upstairs toilet while attempting to repair a slow leak they detected in the toilet, causing the incoming water to cascade down thru my recently renovated kitchen ceiling can lights & pendant lights.
Water damage Destroyed over half of kitchen drywall ceiling & portion of crown molding attached to ceiling.
An absolutely disastrous situation.

They had restoration company out same day to bring in industrial drying equipment and had to tape/cordon off my kitchen. This took several days.

The restoration repair company TE uses took 3 weeks to submit their repair quote back to TE.

The quote & its details for the repair (over $7K), which was to our satisfaction, is now again being delayed for the scheduling of the repair/restore work by TE themselves.

TE now suddenly want a 2nd restoration/repair company to come assess & quote them for the restoration work their unfortunate incompetence has caused.

My kitchen has been lying in ruin, and my kitchen doorways covers in plastic sheeting for nearly a month now, with no end in sight. Zero accountability here by TE.

This is unacceptable by any standard.

I am asking TE's #1 Exec to get involved, man up and do the right thing for the customer here-make us whole now

We moved in about 18 months ago, and our house has needed a lot of repair to get it up to the level we wanted, and TE was ready to work with us and offer amazing service. We feel confident about our home and the work has been top notch. We have met 6 of the team during our upgrades, and repair process, and all of them were top notch and high professional.

Exceptional service and Knowledgeable Technician!

Luis is a life saver. I scheduled a same day appointment to address an electrical issue the day before an inspection. It was a late day appointment which required Luis to trouble shoot the issue and rewire an outlet and two 3-way switches to resolve. The job lasted well after 5:00 PM but Luis completed it with a patience and friendly professionalism I rarely encounter. Luis is an extremely knowledgeable and professional technician and I will certainly ask for him again when the need arises.
