This was the BEST experience I think ever with an electrician and HVAC expert. I see why the reviews are so great for this company--the service is top notch and HONEST and they communicate with you every step of the way from booking your appointment to what they are doing while in your house and the explanation of the issues after are just amazingly thorough. Jeremy was my technician for HVAC and let me tell you, he was absolutely knowledgeable, patient, honest, hardworking, I could keep going! He was so thorough with our issues and took all the time needed to explain the issues in layman's terms and did everything to fix the issues on-site that day. Absolutely wonderful and cannot recommend enough!

My water heater was about 12 years old. I was not having trouble with it but, after someone told me about the life span of water heaters, I started to do my research and found out most water heaters last between 8 and 10 years. I immediately started the search for someone to come check out the water heater. I called TE Electric, Plumbing and Heating. The customer service person Frannie was professional and I explained what was going on, that I was not having problems with it, but wanted to get a professional opinion. I was not charged a fee for technician to come out. Brandon and his assistant I think Fabian (sorry I can't remember his name) came to my house. Brandon called to let me know he was on the way. They arrived, put on shoe covers and I explained what was going on and they inspected the water heater. Brandon presented some options for water heaters. Initially, I didn't accept the two estimates that he gave me because I wanted to shop around because the prices seemed high. After Brandon and his assistant left, I started calling other plumbing businesses they told me that I would be charged a fee to come out plus a gas fee :-0. And one of the companies is one that I use for my HVAC system! I reviewed the Yelp reviewsf or 3 others companies and was not pleased with what I saw in the Yelp reviews. So, I ended up calling Brandon back. He was still in the neighborhood. So, he and his assistant came back and started working. When they took the old water heater out, you could see where the seam of the water heater and started to buckle or come part/ and rust had started building up on the outside of the tank. I was on borrowed time for sure! The other factor that helped me to choose TE plumbing was the finance option. 18 months interest free to pay it off. Brandon and his assistant were professional. The only thing that was negative was the pricing in my opinion (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but everything else was great! Customer service, professionalism, and warranties are very important to me, so I decided to go with TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing and heating because they also have a lifetime guarantee on their labor.

Would not give price of refrigerant over the phone. They would have to come out and charge you just to tell you that. All other companies tell you over the phone

Scheduled an appointment to have a Tesla wall charger installed. Received a call days before my appointment asking to reschedule because they had multiple emergencies one day. Since I was not in a rush, I decided to reschedule and they offered me a $100 credit. On the day of my appointment, the installer showed up on time and communicated his ETA well before he arrived. His inspection was thorough and he provided me with a quote on the spot. We discussed a lower quote I had received and he was able to knock off a little bit more off the price. Once we agreed upon a price, he was able to install the charger within 2 to 3 hours. I received quick follow up about getting my inspection with the city along with a $5 Starbucks gift card in the mail. Any future needs I will definitely think of TE certified in the future.
