CROOKS. Just trying to make quick cash from a woman they thought wouldn't know to question their MEN. Two plumbers from the company came out on separate occasions, both looked at the garbage disposal and said it needed to be replaced.  Wanted to charge me $1.004 to replace the Insinkerator 500.  I thought it sounded a little outrageous, so I didn't agree to the quote from either tech. My boyfriend came in to town, hit the reset button on the bottom, manually cranked it with an allen wrench, and was completely fixed in less than a minute of looking at it!  I was told this disposal was fully broken, and there was no way to fix it. I timed my boyfriend, and he fixed it in 28 seconds. SECONDS, and they tried to get me to pay $1,004.00. They definitely don't believe in honesty at this company.


UPDATE: The manager called to speak about this review, and clarify the $1,040 quote was for a few things. The actual quote to replace the disposal was $439.00. The disposal is $139 at Home Depot. That would mean the installation is $300. The point, is THE DISPOSAL WAS NOT BROKEN AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. THE DISPOSAL NEEDED TO BE RESET.

Twice in a row this year this company has called me on the day of a maintenance appointment to tell me they were too busy and no one would be coming. I spoke to the owner today Josh Brooker, and told him how unprofessional that is and that I will be finding, a new vendor. Beware as you might be next.

Great work by the techs. Fast and efficient. The techs replaced the kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. The price was higher than other companies quoted but the work was very well done.

Contacted them for quote on water tank replacement. Everyone in the office was professional and courteous. Scheduling was easy, Compared other quotes and decided on TE Certified. Glad I did. The team, Sam and Leo, worked proficiently and cleanly from start of the project until the end. Overall, it was a good experience as they maintained constant contact for arrival time; the installation went very smoothly; Sam and Leo took time to review with me what the job entailed and use and care of the new tank. I will definitely call TE Certified for future plumbing projects.

I called on a Saturday morning for what I thought was one faulty breaker late the previous night. it wasn't tripped but I had no power to parts of my garage. I thought I checked everything - outlets, breaker box, the fridge, damage from the storm. When I called (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!) she reminded me to look for the GFCI in the garage. And there it was. I pushed reset and power restored. I truly appreciate her help. I was tired and stressed having not slept and she was calm and helpful and saved me money and a wasted trip for her serviceman. Will definitely recommend and call TE for any future need.
