I scheduled my service just before midnight the night before, and they were able to schedule me in the very next morning, and it wasn't even an emergency. The technician was a great guy, and did not try to upsell me at all. He showed me what was wrong with my AC unit, and even showed me how to (carefully) do preventative cleaning on it to prevent further issues in the future. He also suggested that I shut off the AC unit while mowing the lawn, to prevent more debris from clogging it up.

Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Thankfully, Russ and the team took complete care of my concerns! My family and I had an electrical fire one night in our new home that could have been severe. I immediately contacted TE the next morning. Russ came over and identified the problem (and several other issues we should have been made aware of from our home inspection). We ended up purchasing a diagnostic to be sure there were no other dangers! Because of TE, my family and I are now safe!

I was so happy to get a same day appointment today for a few items that we were not sure if they were the result of a lightening strike. Jonathan was on time and professional and diagnosed the problem immediately! We were thankful it was not lightening but agreed surge protection is the best option for us! Johnathan was great, professional and knowledgeable. i was very happy with the service provided and that Johnathan took the time to go over a number of things I needed addressed and cleaned up after himself when the work was done. I choose to only do the most important as I had a limited budget. I did feel the pricing was a bit high but I'm a first time home owner and still learning about costs for all kinds of services. I'll have to do more research for pricing for next time but for the work that was done and the tech sent it was a great experience.

Kevin from TE Certified Electricians did a great job installing a 240 outlet in my garage (which will be used to charge a Tesla Model S). He kindly & clearly explained why the quote cost what it did, matched the lower quote of a competitor and started work right away. It was so convenient to have him finish the work the day he came out to give the quote. Made my life easier! I'm very happy with everything.

Jonathan was very adept at his job...quick, but extremely thorough. He was able to do what no other electrician was able to do for the 5 1/2 years we've lived at this address: install an outlet outside our home through brick and concrete. He also switched out a couple of pendant lights in our kitchen. All this was affordable & done to the most current code requirements. Highly recommend!
