TE Certified Electricians were hired to fix numerous outdoor outlets, install two garage lights and replace eight outdoor floodlights with LED bulbs. The electrician, Joaquim Partida, showed me several outdoor GFCI outlets incorrectly installed by previous contractors that were only rated for indoor use. Joaquim replaced those outlets with the proper rated GFCI outlets for outdoor use, replaced the outlet boxes and caulked all boxes required by TE Certified Electricians standards. He pointed out none of the six outdoor GFCI outlet boxes were ever caulked when previously installed by a contractor we hired the prior year, and our sprinkler system had shorted out when rainwater entered between the box and wall. Joaquim then installed two new lights in our garage and installed a light switch to control them. He worked tirelessly to fix improperly installed equipment by our previous contractor, and did a fantastic job installing our new lights. This is proof those lower priced contractors cut corners, install inferior equipment and endanger your family with potential electrical fire hazards. I suggest you pay a little more to have an expert like Jaquim at TE Certified Electricians do your electrical work, do it right with the proper equipment, and keep your family safe. He also took the time to explain these details to me and keep the customer fully informed of the project details. My high 5 star marks for Joaquim Partida at TE Certified Electricians is 100% deserved as the highest quality you can expect from any electrician in Georgia.

Initially, it was a great service on the installation work. A year later, we wanted to get contacted via text or email for the follow up (our channel of choice). That never came. We called in later to see if we can get the follow up appointment and we were informed that since it was beyond one year since the installation, there would be a fee.

I hope they choose to figure out how to contact customers in their channel of choice in the future.

Just had TE certified Electrician Joaquin at my house to repair basement outlet wall plate and ceiling fan light.. He was awesome. Quoted me a fair price for the job and did not up sale or try to sell me on more repairs. He checked the panel to make sure everything was in order. He was a straight forward type of guy. I like that.. I will definitely ask for him to come back when I have my panel updated. Thank you Joaquin and see you again soon.

Great work from Kevin, thank you and appreciated. He also proactively found that our smoke detectors were very out of date and replaced them.

The missing star is due the scheduling department via Yelp;

""There is no chaarge [sic] to get us out there, if the Tech has to do any type of troubleshooting, there would be a charge of $149""

I had understood ""no charge to get us out there"" to mean that there is no service charge. The ""any type of troubleshooting"" sounded like a minimum that would apply towards repairs. The final cost was well beyond that but it turns out that $149 was in *addition* to the repairs, not *applied towards* any repairs.

Partly my bad for making assumptions instead of clarifying, however ""There is no chaarge [sic] to get us out there"" is not true and should be removed from their scheduling department's communication script. I didn't invite them over for tea :) haha so of course there is going to be work involved.

I consider myself to be very lucky to have chosen TE Certified Electricians to do inspections and installations in my home. Their customer service is impeccable. Adam Stanton is a phenomenal electrician! He is truly professional, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He explains what he is doing, answers all questions, and offers information and suggestions to consider. The charges were reasonable, and his work was excellent. I highly recommend TE and especially Adam Stanton.

Jonathan Vega is a top notch human being. He is as hard working as he is honest. After sitting down with him for a discussion about our needs and his honest evaluation of our current situation I knew we had found our electrician! He started working and called in Blane, who is equally amazing, for backup. I was so impressed that I took out a maintenance plan with their company which includes HVAC. If that department is half as good as Jonathan and Blane, then we are set for life with our electrical and HVAC needs!! If you want an honest, hardworking electrician than call TE and ask for Jonathan or Blane
