TE Certified field tech that came out to assess my job was very professional, nice, and very accommodating. My situation was a little different from the average customer and he was able to accommodate me.

He told me the conditions and the team provided the service as expected and on time. Their work was solid, however, shortly after the repair the system stopped working and they came back out directly to verify their work. They should get a higher score, but once they realized the issue was not directly the result of anything they did. They packed up and ran for the hills.. I understood going in that what happened could have happened but they said someone would be back out to see if I wanted to get the new issue resolved and they never showed up. Terrible follow-through...

Overall though an expensive choice, they are a good service provider and I would recommend them to the average customer. They are an easy 4 star but they left me hanging in the middle of the summer AC not working.

Great overall experience with TE Certified. I found them via a Yelp search after my frustrations reaching out to several electricians to reinstall a Ring floodlight. I submitted a quote for service and was contacted immediately. A quick phone call and description of needed service led to scheduling a visit in upcoming week. They provided timely and informative text updates leading up to service including name and picture of the assigned technician. I had the pleasure to have John assigned to me. He was professional and easy to interact with. He quickly assessed the work and provided me an estimate on the spot. My initial call explained the process that there was no fee to visit and estimate will be provided once work was assessed. This was contrary to every other contractor I reached out to which had some expensive fee (minimal $90). John helped me gain trust quickly and his estimate came back lower than any pre estimate I received from other contractors. Again helping increase my trust. In the end the work was completely quickly and beyond my expectations. Definitely will be using TE again for other needs and I would highly recommend them to others.

I absolutely without hesitation Give them the highest recommendation possible. I was looking to get an tankless water heater and when the technician came out, he outlined the reasons why it wouldn't work for my situation and then proceeded to show me that my water heater was in fact fatally flawed and needed to be replaced. The technicians are very personable and they will not sell your products and services you do not need. I also had an electrician come out to take a look at my breaker box as it's over 40 years old. I was worried I have to replace The whole thing but he said no it was perfectly fine but did point out a couple problems within the box and probably fix them and we had a whole hOuse surge protector. Quality and integrity!!!! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

I called the company to schedule some work that I needed urgently. They were able to accommodate me as quickly as possible. From the 1st ring to the swipe of my card (which I did with a smile) was seamless. They keep you informed and up to date on the arrival of the electrician and who it is you are to expect. I was very very fortunate to receive Timothy. He is the best. He explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. There are a few items that he checked and just tightened a screw or crimped. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Timothy and the company are. He had everything he needed on his truck. I'll only use them.

I've used TE for the last 5 years in multiple projects ranging from high ceiling fixtures to car chargers. They aren't the cheapest electricians out there, but they answer your calls immediately, have fast response times to issues, straightforward pricing, keep the area clean, and their install work is solid. No crooked wall plates or dry wall gaps here.

We have had an amazing experience working with TE Certified for a plumping job. The process was very organized and high quality from the beginning to end. We needed a totally new pluming for a hose in our deck (not a usual job :)). We contacted TE last week, and they scheduled a visit for us on a day of our choice. A technician, named Chris, arrived on time, did the walk through, gave us an estimate, and completed the job on the same day. He and his assistant did an amazing job; they completed the work exactly as we envisioned, hassle-free and clean. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris for pluming jobs. As mentioned in other reviews, in terms of pricing, they are not the cheapest, but you get high quality work, which makes it worthwhile.

We had hot water pressure issues at our house. Jack from T&E came to assess the situation, found the problem and provided us with 5 different options to resolve the situation. We selected the best option for us and after speaking/comparing with a few other plumbers, we decided to go with T&E. Jack was here the very next day to complete the repairs and restore our hot water pressure.

T&E were not the lowest cost option in our case, but Jack had demonstrated his knowledge and honesty during the assessment. He did not disappoint with his work, he was meticulous and attentive to details.

Our contracted electrician was very polite and installed a light fixture over our sink. He gave me a discount because TE Certified Electrical had to reschedule my original appointment time. I provided the new LED light fixture and the TE Certified Electrician did a good job installing it and disposing of the 30-year old fixture. My only complaint is that the electrician must have leaned heavily against my spigot on my sink because now the water spout is loose.
