I used TD West Electric last summer to upgrade our power panel which was 40 years old and undersized. TD West performed the upgrade and provided for me a Tesla power drop and a very reasonable price Now, this weekend, the power breaker for our pool pump tripped (brearker was not provided by TD West, but by the solar panel installer) and I could not get it reset. Calling TD West and working with video on WhatsApp, TD West walk me through how to reset the breaker and we got the work done with no charge. These guys are great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Dinh and his team have been really amazing . They are responsive and quick with their work . I got my Tesla charger installed in my little town house and they guided me through the whole process. Dinh explains everything and find the best way and price to make it work . I highly recommend his team . Whenever any issues occur I can always call Dinh and he will send someone

First time hiring TD West. Found TD reasonable in price to replace an old style 220v breaker. The tech Joseph was professional and friendly, and so tolerant of our neighbor's dog jumping on him quite a bit (had to go over the barrier to get to the main panel). Planning to hire them again to add a breaker. I would recommend them based on this one job.

Got a Tesla EV charge installed at the end of Aug'23 from these guys. Tom responded very quickly. The technician can on time and was thorough. Installed a 50A breather, connected the charger and made sure everything worked. The price was reasonable.

2 months after the install the charger stopped working. Called TD West and got Tom's brother. He sent someone promptly to check everything at no additional charge. The issue was with the Tesla wall charger and not the electrical work that TD West did. They took pictures with the voltage readings and we sent those to Tesla and were able to get a replacement under warranty.

Overall highly recommend this company - prompt, reasonably priced, stand behind their work.
