Fred did a great job doing some bathroom and drywall repairs to my house today. He was timely and professional, did quality work and did not nickel and dime. He did what was needed without adding in for things I didn't need and was true to the price he gave me.

He was masked the entire time for COVID safety. He was respectful of my work from home needs and overall was just fantastic. I would use again for sure!

This is the first time I have used T.O. Handyman and would not use any other service.  Dealing with Fred making the appointment for an estimate for repair of my fence damaged from the recent heavy winds to the completion of the job I could not be more pleased . Everything was timely and done right. Two words immediately come to mind ""WOW SERVICE"". In this enviroment it's hard to find a company that is professional and just down right nice to deal with and really cares about the customer however, I found one with T.O. Handyman. ""THANKS A BUNCH""

Terrible service.

Avoid this person (a.k.a) Fred at all costs.

Didn't come out when I originally asked, forces you to email, shows up when he wants, takes business calls on the site, claims ignorance as how to install the most basic wall plate for a cable but spends an hour at home depot twice during a three-hour job he had his two jrs. do. This is what i asked for and instead left with two holes in my wall.

For some reason and without my knowing (and not for lack of funds), my bank reversed the check. When I found out I immediately apologized and called the bank and worked it out. His response - he started sending me threatening text messages, added a service fee, and said he was taking me to collections.

His attitude the whole time is pretentious and I would never recommend him to my friends or worst enemies. I'm sure he will come up with a great excuse as to why it's my fault the bank decided to hold a check or how the two holes in my wall is what I wanted.

Be warned.. this is the worst customer service from a handyman in my 17 years in TO. You will do better doing it yourself.

Worst handyman of all time. Absolutely ruined our kitchen with a tiling job that a high school kid could have done better. We had to tear it all out and hire someone else. Also avoid him for flooring. Left gaps in each plank he laid. He should have his license revoked. Also don't believe a word about his comment. I can see his yelp profile picture and this is 100% him. I love how he forgets when he does bad work. Looks like other folks on here have had just as bad if not worse of an experience. A few years later I ran into him in Home Depot telling him about my paretns house he worked on, and he pretended not to remember me walking away when I confronted him. Worst weasel ever. I run my own construction business now, and this guy can't even hammer a nail in straight.

Recently used their service for misc items. Fred was very pronpt, courteous, and professional from the very beginning. Returned my first inquiry call within an hour on a weekend, showed up on time for a quote, showed up again on time for the appointment to start the work, and finally got the jobs done on time. I am very happy with the service and quality of work. Will call again and highly recommend

We had Fred install some plumbing fixtures. He was on time, courteous, and professional. Some of the fixtures we were replacing were very old and corroded and pretty difficult to remove. He stayed in good humor and was very thorough in completing the job. We are very pleased with his work. We had him replace some lighting fixtures a number of years ago and we have never had any problems. Highly recommend. Would use them again and probably will!

Requested a quote on short notice and got an immediate response. Quote Repairs done very efficiently as quoted. Very pleased I called. Thank you for a making our minor emergency get resolved so quickly. Will definitely call again when need items done around the house that o can't do.

Fred and his right hand man Jose are great. Honest, attentive to quality and fairly priced. They care about the quality of their work and will communicate honestly if things change during the project. They have skills in a variety of areas so anyone needing a good handyman should give Fred a call.

I am a working mom in the midst of a move so I needed help building new furniture. I sent over the information and requested a quote.

Upon arrival the changed the price. Then did 1/4 of the work for the originally quoted price.

Upon reflection when they changed the price I should have sent them away. I think I was cheated and don't want it to happen to you too.
