We have had issues with our oven for months, we've had multiple oven techs come over to no avail and hired another electrical company who couldn't find the problem. Mike came in and fixed a problem we've had for 4 months and mere minutes. Could not be happier with the service provided!

Worst. They are a scam. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They couldn't fix even a leaky toilet tank. So based on using them for few minor plumbing issues I can for sure say the negative reviews everywhere for them makes sense. I wonder how they are in business still. We used them as they are contracted by our home insurance. They did not fix a thing, just came twice left saying they need to get something and never came back.Im pretty sure none of the employees there knows a thing. FYI, One of the positive review given here is by one their staffs. I remember speaking to her.

1st appointment, they cancel, too busy
2nd time I misunderstood the time window so my fault
3rd appointment, they cancel because their van broke down
4th appointment, they arrive at the end of the time window. They said they knock but I was downstairs and didn't hear anything.
These employees are shady.

Horrible service. Electrician rescheduled twice at the last minute. Third time he came out, sat in his van, did not knock our door, then left. Called the office, they lied and said he is already in Lodi. It takes 25 min from Elk Grove to Lodi and we called them in just 10 minutes. I am contacting First American Home Warranty to have them review the contract with this company. What a scam!

T&N was assigned by home warranty for a plumbing issue. Sean did an excellent job with the repair, was timely and did a nice job cleaning up. Office staff seemed pleasant when I interacted with them.

What a scam of a company. Only had to use them because my insurance set it up. Had a claim to replace the water heater and garbage disposal, had to pay a crazy amount on top of what i already paid to my insurance because the company claimed it covers the replacement pipes and such needed that insurance doesn't cover.

Charged me for services they didn't even perform. Charged me for a vent for the water heater, when I go to my home, there's no vent, when i tried to explain to the company they replied like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. After calling about 3 times, they confirmed there was not a vent installed. This left me so uneasy, I asked for a refund and they kept fighting me for weeks, even stopped answering my phone calls. Finally I had to call my bank since they claimed they sent a refund but it was my banks fault not theirs. A complete headache. Avoid this company at all costs.

Forced to give 1 star but zero is more like it these idiots came and diagnose my water heater without looking at it and said it was leaking internally mf think they have X-ray vision anyways home Warrenty won't budge on there report they came out a second time because I complained that water heater was not leaking then this no good company tell me I don't have water heater coverage why the hell would I buy home Warrenty without that coverage they just did not want the Warrenty company to know that they lied on there report it's not rocket science anyone can check YouTube to show u what internal leaking looks like but apparently they can tell without even looking at the water heater fucking amazing. if you see these fools show up make sure to send them packing because they will screw u over and do t ever get select home Warrenty they do t help either the owner can call me if he likes I will tell him he and is co are pos and he kniws it

No clue what they are doing. I had them come out to my home due to a leak under the house. It was right below my kitchen sink under the house. The guy who came out told me I would need to rip out the bottom of the cabinet and the wall where the piping is before so he could access the leak and I would have to do the ripping out part myself, again the leak was under the house and I have a large crawl space that actually has a three foot door, easy to access. I asked him to leave because I knew he was clueless. I knew he would need to make a hole in the wall but the cabinet was insane, there is no piping directly below the cabinet only in the wall. I called another plumber and he came out fixed the leak below and he did have to cut a small 4 inch by 4 inch hole in my drywall, which he later repaired after he did the repair. I did not have to do anything at all and it was way cheaper as well. Please avoid them at all costs.
